Best choice for our stay!”
We chose this hotel since the location seemed quite perfectly for exploring Canggu and the reviews were mostly very convincing. And we must say, we were so happy during our 9 nights we spent there. First of all, the location is really perfect. It is located in a quiet sidestreet which es connected to the main street. Which means it isn't noisy but you're still so close to everything else. The beach is only 3 walking minutes away (but it's really not meant for swimming, only surfing), pharmacies and little "grocery" stores and different kinds of stores are close and most importantly, the variety of restaurants is amazing. The hotel itself is simply amazing, considering the price. Everything was held perfectly clean (you could see them cleaning the whole accomodation all day), the service was so good, the staff was absolutely friendly and supporting - we felt so welcomed. The pool was really nice and clean. The only negative point is that there is only a small time where the sun reaches the pool area. Lastly, the rooms were so big and spacious. We loved it. And yes, I partly understand the negative reviews concerning the shower - toilet situation, but it's really not that bad. You just need to figure out how to handle it, so we never had a problem with a wet toilet or a completely flooded bathroom. We really loved our stay and will definitely come back!

Walking distance to the beach and La Brisa beachclub. There’s minimarket and a spa near this hotel. Great swimming pool for chilling and there’s a sharing kitchen. Bathroom is decent but functional. Will go back again!

They have only 2 staff”
From the entrance, I think the hotel should improve the access road and adding a signage on the front of the access road. But, the hotel are standard, clean, and they have kitchen also smart tv. So you can enjoy the room. Andddd, the one thing. It was only 400 m to the Echo Beach, you can only walk around and arrived to the beach! Amazing.

Near to the beach and La Brisa. There are lot of restaurants nearby the hotel. The staff are tip top and alert. Good service. I will came back to Stay at this hotel again on my next vacation.

The location is close to all the shops, beaches, cafes and restaurants. Is really convenient! The hotel staff is great! Really nice and hospitable- always ready to help when we have a question. Having a kitchen is a bonus, the room was big, bed was really comfy. The only complaint is the bathroom. There's mold in corner of the shower and it smells of drain sometimes. Besides the bathroom, everything else is perfect!

Could be excellent, but the club nearby ruins it”
Great and helpful staff. Well-equipped rooms, with the only exception of swimsuit drying facilities (never thought this could be a problem on Bali). But all of this is not really relevant, when you have to sleep through the parties in the night club nearby. The bass will go through the most advanced soundproofing, everyone who's been to any major music festival will understand that. Anyway, if you're a good sleeper and have a well-tried earplugs - give it a go.

The place is new and comparing the low standards regarding the cleaning in Indonesia,this was good. Don’t expect the best cleaning anywhere in Asia, the standards are low so I’m this case was more than the average. The staff, special a senior one, tried to help us many times. Most people with business don’t really care about people unless they see you with interest as a customer. Expect no empathy, turists are just numbers.... it can be the best place in the world, but amazing people is what makes the place special. Most of the time they will answer but never tell you they don’t understand what you are saying. Overall this is very well located and value for money.

The rooms are well fitted out, and clean however it is right across from a big nightclub so quite noisy. Also a big annoyance for me was the fact their pool never actually receives sunlight, so if you wanna lie by the pool and tan this isn’t the place for you

Fine if you want to be close to the beach for surfing”
The hotel is okay, pretty basic (no ironing facilities available, no landry facilities etc) but the main issue is it's right next to a club and they would often play live music until 3am in the morning making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. So if you're there to surf and stay out until late it's a good spot.

Not worth the money”
We were quite disappointed about this hotel and it was definitely not worth the money. The bathroom was the worst part of the room with no space to put anything and no opportunity to take a proper shower (not enough warm water, had to hold the shower head with one hand). The bathroom door was broken with shattered glass and you couldn’t close the door. The bedsheets were dirty and ripped. They asked if we needed room cleaning, we said yes, but they never came to clean the room, even after we mentioned it again. Only when entering the room after check in, they told us that there was a big construction going on right next to our room, waking us up early every morning. When coming back from dinner, the night receptionist bothered us with a sales pitch to use his family’s transport service. After checking out, we noticed that we forgot something in the room and called the hotel, they advised us that they found it but decided to throw it away (or keep it themselves) instantly.

Worst mattress ever! Worst sound-proofing ever! For the whole night until 1 in the morning; could hear the noise from next door, talking noise, bathroom flushing sound. Worst stay ever in my life in bali. Linens are not clean too.
