Amazing!! Highly recommended for a family with young children”
Can not fault this place!! Safe and secure off the Main Street, yet so close to all the shops, restaurants and beach. Buggy service provided was a huge hit for the kids who got tired from walking. Service were so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Will be back for sure

Breakfast is amazing set menu but able to be tailored to individual tastes. So nice to sit down together and be served rather than the traditional hustle of a buffet. Walking distance to most sites. Staff went over and beyond to make stay perfect.

Great villas with great hotel service in premium location ”
I stayed with my family for 3 nights in 4 bedroom villa. We had absolutely excellent experience and premium service. Thanks to all staff of peppers who saved no effort to make our stay memorable. The staff are so kind. Food was great and service was superior. The villa was so great and relaxing which really made us to spend most of our time enjoying its facility and great pool with privacy. I do recommend peppers to any family wants to have great isolated moments while the actions of seminyak are within walking distance. This property will be my first choice when i came back to bali. Thanks Peppers for everything.

We stayed at Peppers for 7 nights in a group of 8 (middle aged couples) and found It a really great stay overall! The staff are wonderful and location cannot really be beaten as you are close to everything without being on the main roads of Seminyak. We stayed in the presedential villa and the villa, although slightly dated in some areas, is wonderful and met our every need. It is not far away from requiring a polish but that’s if I am being picky. The breakfast area and food, public pool and lobby all are amazing and all looks recently refurbished. I’d recommend some water bottles in the rooms / be prepared for short walks if you do stay here. Overall it’s a great stay with lovely staff and I would recommend for all varieties of people / groups. Liam

Beautiful villa, fantastic staff”
I will definitely be back. The villa was amazing, staff were all very polite, friendly and professional. Breakfast was included and delicious. The location is great for shopping, access to great restaurants and bars. If you are looking for a villa in Seminyak this is perfect. It has 2 street access depending of which direction you wanted to head to. A buggy can take you out to the main road in both directions (you will need to walk back to the resort).

Peppers is a very nice villa in Seminyak area. Just walk in a distance to the Seminyak square and near to many restaurants. In oder that, cleanliness the villa and cleaning service staff should be improved. The floor is still so many dust. In overall, i'm quite satisfied with Peppers. Thank you.

Nice pool ”
Enjoyed the 3 bedroom villa with private pool. Huge living/dining room & the swimming pool was of decent size. Ala carte breakfast was ok. Service by the hotel staff wasn’t consistent. Some of them lacked enthusiasm while the others were great and go all out to make our stay a pleasant one.

This is not 5 stars hotel. The manager's feedback worst I receive ever.”
I stayed Peppers Sminyak 4 nights at 3 bedroom with private pool. I thought the hotel was good at first time but the service was getting worse and worst feedback I received ever!!!! 1. Breakfast restaurant : The restaurant is opened place that is good, but too much flies and mosquitoes, I had to keep shake my hand to get away. 2. Breakfast food: The food was cold, even newly served. The bread too much cooked (taste bitter!) that was BLT sandwiches I ordered separately. 3. Room door: Not close well and my sister bit by mosquito. I made a comment about this and the manager told me "This is concept of villa". I never heard mosquito could be a concept of hotel. 4. Air conditioner at living Room: Not cool enough so I made a comment this as well "Please fix or made it cooler before I back to hotel" but didn't fix and I felt hot when I take a meal at the table. 5. Barbecue menu: Different front desk and real. Not matching info. 6. Pick up to Airport: WORST EVER. Booked car not on time.

Kid Free Get away ”
My husband and I recently had a quick visit for a wedding over to Bali. Just so happens we were celebrating our Anniversary at the same time so... we managed to get over for 5 days without the kids. Peppers was recommended to us by our friends and we weren't disappointed. Its very centrally located in the heart of Seminyak close to Seminyak square, loads of lovely restaurants and plenty of shopping within the vicinity. Room service menu was substantial and very tasty as well. Can not fault the service of the staff, cleanliness of the rooms including the pool or the hotel amenities. We will definitely be going back to the One Bedroom villa, however I think it would have to be on another Kid free trip, not sure how the boys would go on the shiny slippery tiles around the pool when wet. Loved our stay, thanks Peppers Sentosa.
