New leather EgoItaliano sofa bed added downstairs to increase comfort for 3rd and 4th guests.

The space

The villa was custom designed with a large balcony (2.5m wide on lake side) that wraps around to the rear giving incredible views of Lake Toba. We had hardwood French style doors custom built so that the upstairs bedroom and living room downstairs can completely open to the balcony and veranda on two sides to get maximum lake breeze and views. This house is ideal for families with 1 or 2 children who would like to relax and do activities in and around the lake. The villa is 7 meters from the lake in the village of Tuk Tuk so you can easily swim or walk to restaurants or pubs if you like. The ferry boat to Samosir island from Parapat takes you right to the villa by boat. If you have a larger group (more than 4, less than 8), we can arrange to use newly built rooms at the adjoining guesthouse (ask for price and availability).

Please NO SMOKING inside the house. Respect guests at surrounding guesthouses. Don't play music loud after 10pm. You may use the kayak beside the house. Please put it back where you found them. You may use the Harman/Kardon Bluetooth stereo to play music. It is portable so you can bring it upstairs to the bedroom, but do not take it outside the house. The grill and a fishing rod is available for you to use. The rod and lures are downstairs under the stairs. Please ask caretakers at Amans for help with the grill. You must connect the gas tank underneath the grill first and disconnect it again when you are finished grilling. Please feel free to read the books or watch DVDs (in cabinet under TV). Do Not take them off the property. You may open the French doors, but please close them (especially downstairs) if you leave the property to go somewhere. The doors all open. It helps to unbolt all the doors at the bottom first, then move them toward the sides all together instead of one by one.

“A perfect stay”
Everything was perfect except for the staff (family living nearby). Got overcharged for motorbike that had a lot of issues. Also for a cleaning fee we were charged, the villa could have been much cleaner (dust in corners) Other than that it was a great place to stay!

“perfect honeymoon place”
They moment we stepped into the place, we were very satisfied The whole place is so comfortable, we didn't wanna go out anymore. The furniture and the interior design is warm and relaxing. Perfect for a relaxation time out. They also have a wonderful bath tub where u can bring your own bath bombs. The Caretaker is very friendly and helpful All services provided are priced value for money. They even help us to prepare a barbecue menu for our last night and we grill just outside the villa. We end the dinner with a freshly plucked coconut from the tree just outside the villa. Perfect moment well spent at this place Highly recommended to come again

“Slecht en ongastvrij. ”
We zijn er niet geweest, eigenaar kwam niet opdagen. Konden dus geen gebruik maken van de accommodatie. Hebben een ander onderkomen moeten zoeken. Hoop dat er nog geen afschrijving is gedaan .
