As this was a combined business and leisure trip, I had the opportunity to stay at two hotels. One was the Park Regis, which I booked myself, and the other was the M Social arranged by the event organizer. Compared to M Social, Park Regis had better value for money. The room was larger, the space was better planned, the facilities were better maintained, and the pool was larger and cleaner. Of course, the service at the front desk was also very friendly. The hotel's location is good. It's about a 6-minute walk from the West East Line and Downtown Line after taking the airport. It's not too far to walk to Chinatown or Clarke Quay. During the two and a half days of sightseeing, I relied on my legs and the MRT. If I have the opportunity to visit Singapore again, I will definitely choose to stay at Park Regis.

The staff is very friendly. I arrived at the hotel in the early morning after taking a night flight to Singapore. At that time, there were no available rooms, so I couldn't check in early, but they allowed me to use the hotel facilities and said they would contact me as soon as a room became available so that I could enter before check-in time. It was a considerate gesture for tired travelers. Also, this trip was a celebration of my birthday. They knew about it and left a beautiful chocolate and card in the room on the first day, and on the second day, they prepared a delicious birthday cake. Thanks to them, I was able to receive a birthday cake from someone even though I was alone celebrating my birthday in a foreign country. I am really grateful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Singapore next time. And I am already recommending this hotel to others. Thanks for a great time. Thank you!

I had a pleasant stay at Park Regis Singapore. The location is convenient, and I appreciated Mr. Bonnie in the lobby, who went out of his way to accommodate my early check-in—a much-needed help! My room, though the smallest as I traveled solo, was tidy, comfortable, and secure with multiple security checkpoints throughout the hotel. There were just a few minor issues: the room’s locker was not working, and when I called the front desk around 10 pm, there was no response. Additionally, there was a slight leak in the bathroom plumbing, which led to a continuous sound of water. Despite these small issues, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return with my family in the future. Overall, Park Regis offers a solid experience, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.

We picked the Park Regis for its location to Clarke Quay and it had a pool access room. The hotel look nice on the website. Check in was easy, we arrived very early in the morning and were lucky enough to be given an early check in and late check out. There were renovations happening which didn’t really affect us except when, finally getting into our room and hopping into the shower, there was no hot water…for 8 hours. This we were not informed about. We had travelled a long way. The pool was lovely, not overly big, but heaven after a hot day of sightseeing. The room was very small, cramped, the bathroom, was in the bedroom. The basin, was a couple of feet from the bed, maybe 3 feet. That was a surprise. I hadn’t really noticed it in the pictures. No bottled water was provided, in the room,no milk for tea or coffee. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows to high and firm. I asked housekeeping if they has softer flatter pillows, she couldn’t help me, said I had to go to reception. The concierge staff were lovely, always there to open doors and order taxis, with a smile and greeting every time. The breakfast staff were entirely different,not overly friendly at all. One morning I walked in by myself, they asked table for one, I said my husband is coming. The only available table was a table for 4, they were hesitant to let me sit there. I did not find them overly friendly, except the lady in charge of the eggs, she had a smile every day.
