Great value”
Our stay was perfect. We wish we stayed longer. It is a great base for those who want to explore Kuta. It is about 20 minutes walk to Kuta beach, boardwalk shopping and discovery mall, 5 minutes drive to Trans Studio Mall, about 20 minutes drive to the airport due to traffic. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and check on was quick. Breakfast was basic. Coffee offered at breakfast could be improved. Overall it is great value for the location and nice room near the beach and airport. Would recommend to anyone who are looking for accommodation in Kuta area.

We loved this place, it does need a touch up here as it is looking tired, but the rooms were so comfortable. We stayed in a pool suite, the huge bed was like a cloud, the room was huge and had satelite TV and free wifi, the restaurant was well priced and served room service 24/7. We had delicious breakfast daily and to be honest we ended up wanting to stay in the hotel because it was so awesome, we felt safe, seccure and entertained. We will stay again, I love this place.

Perfect stay”
Room was spacious. Can move around freely and it got balcony which is overlooking to garden, but hotel’s restaurant on our part. Hotel staff are helpful and accommodating. And, generously clean our room everyday. They got good internet connection. Location is perfect as well. Near Kuta beach, restaurants and supermarket. Also, near the airport with about 15-20 mins travel time if no traffic and early morning. We booked room with breakfast (buffet). We have a delightful stay here

Nice and strategic ”
i really love this hotel and its 1 of the reason my vacation in bali is so great. the room is very spacious and complete, bathroom is spacious and clean making it much easier to shower my 1 year old baby. the bed is king size. there's covenient store/restaurant/petrol station at walking distance (within 50m from hotel). the breakfast is great. one of the cook is really friendly to us and he offered to cook porridge specially for my son. definitely gonna stay here if we come to kuta next time.

Truly a 5 star experience”
We got a great deal on Deluxe Room with Private Pool on ground floor and stayed in Room 128. The staff was very welcoming and smiling. Always ready to accommodate any request. We left our luggage here for 2 full days and it was safely taken care of. Breakfast is nice buffet style but can increase a few items too. Though in the price we paid, even this much was more than enough. Pool seemed nice but we had private pool in the room so didn't need to use the hotel pool. Room was serviced properly and no mishap occurred in our 2 nights stay here. They provided scooter on rent (100,000 IDR) which was a bit expensive (we got in 65,000 IDR price from Market) but given that its a 5 star hotel, one should expect higher prices. Everything was great. Would love to stay again on same promotional price

Good value, modern rooms”
Probably the best hotel in kuta for the price I paid. Location is very good, there’s a supermarket, KFC and Dominos across the street. Rooms are clean and modern. Had quite a few problems with my room but an engineer will be there to fix it a few minutes after we inform the reception. So no problems with that. Staff are friendly too.

First I booked this hotel for 2 nights, I was really impressed with the hotel, pool is great, yet the hotel is little far from Kuta beach ( hard rock ) , but it took 15 minutes walking to get there which was a good point to look around, the hotel has a good security gate which is great , staff are well accommodating all of them , rooms are very cozy with comfortable bed and a cold AC ❤️ , yet the breakfast was just fine comparing to others it’s better in here with more varieties , I had to book again in this hotel because I was just impressed. Highly recommended

I got to stay to a place where i felt very safe and sincerely accommodated. The rooms you see online are the rooms you'd have in actual. Very condusive! The staff and crew were very warm and welcoming. The food is also awesome! If there's one thing I would suggest they work on is continuously check on their lampshades. Make sure that the wiring is in good condition, not broken, to avoid any untoward accidents. Overall, i enjoyed my stay. Will surely consider booking this place in my next visit to Bali.

The hotel is value for money with friendly staffs and accessible to kuta beach via foot or bike which you can rent from the counter near the front desk. Room was good with working aircon, hot water and a very big comfy bed, no issue with the room or the pool in the room. The only problem was the breakfast. Breakfast buffet was a disappointment. Hotel need to not accomadate to only a certain group of tourist instead have more local Indonesian foods as people travel to taste the country’s local food and not others. Please work on it. Otherwise, everything else was great and would love to come back again. Thank you Park Regis Kuta!

Best property in Kuta, cleanliness , good staff, Indian Breakfast, best location everything is perfect. I would suggest to go for Delux pool villas as this are highly maintained and with all facilities. This hitel is highly prefered by indians so you will find indian people more in the hotel.

Good points: Nice couteous staff Clean rooms with all amenities iron drier,all toiletries ,kitchen fridge(I stayed in pool suite) Nice restraunt with Indian dishes as well Best location Points to be improved No welcome drink served to us ..other nationalities were given more priority on this.. Buffet breakfast should include items keeping in mind veggies and non beef eating ppl Pool space should be equal for all some pools are assigned small spaces compared to others. Overall I would suggest others to stay in this wonderful hotel

It near a lot of restaurants. We are able to access them with walking distance. The lift system and the way to our rooms make us got a bit of discomfort as we were unable to see any numbers in the lift for us to press and touch. We were also disturbed by the sounds from outside of out rooms. it is not sound proof room i think.

Good new hotel”
This is a new hotel. Facilities are good. There are spa, bar, gym and swimming pool to complete the experience. There is also a tour desk available at the lobby. Room given was 639. It was clean, on a high floor and the layout is practical, good enough for a small family. The breakfast was nice and of many varieties. The swimming pool is large enough and clean. Location wise, not at the city center but only about 15 minutes walking to town and the beach. GRAB is easily available and cheap from the hotel. For Muslim travellers staying there, no worries as halal KFC, Dominos and nasi padang restaurant are nearby. Book without doubt.
