Very clean and perfect after a long plane ride. There is a convenient shuttle bus but note the $8/ person/ trip cost (and you do need a RT). Breakfast was great.

Good range of food for breakfast and transport to airport is convenient with the shuttle . Only downside is the cost of the shuttle which is a bit costly for short distance. Also slight improvement in cleanliness in the room will be even better.

Location deceptive ”
This hotel is located by the airport but it’s a 20 minute shuttle ride around the perimeter of the airport. Radisson Blue or Red are better choices for easy access to the airport. They are literally a few minutes walk to the airport and train. But excellent staff and comfort make this hotel acceptable.

Agoda or the Hotel did not comply with the agreement”
Agoda or the Hotel did not comply with the agreement. We made the appointment for a couple and two children, but in the hotel system the children were not included. Despite sending emails in advance, we had problems. Also, the shower didn't work properly on the last day. Extremely hot or extremely cold.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was awesome! It had so many varieties and tasted great! Took bus 420 across the bridge to Jessheim Storesenter (mall). The ride took about 30 min going through the airport and country side. Good stores, restaurants, and supermarkets there. The staff at Park Inn West was helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

Easy, low cost option near the airport”
Easily accessed via the airport shuttle bus, this is a good budget hotel option. The early bird breakfast buffet was larger than expected and had plenty of excellent options available before a 5:30am departure. Check in was quick. The bed was comfy, though the room was a bit cramped with all the furniture in there.

Great for stay near airport”
I had a really comfortable one night stay here after a super hectic and adventurous solo trip around Norway, just to relax and pamper myself to hotel room on my own before my return flight the next day. Breakfast was good and you could take a walk around Ullensaker Museum if you have time before check-out. Pleased with the stay and it was a good choice near airport. Shuttle is every 20 mins and costs 70 NOK per trip. Would recommend for convenience!

Comfortable and Convenient”
Location is great as it was nearby the airport which we were after. The hotel and rooms are well-kept, clean and we had no issues. The breakfast buffet spread is extensive (which we loved) and hotel facilities were great, the gym in particular was well equipped for its size.

Good Hotel. Breakfast Buffet spread was good and delicious. Has shuttle service To/from airport for 70 NOK either way and stops directly in front of the hotel. Nothing much else to do in the vicinity. That's the only downside. Stayed for a night because I'm going to airport next day.

The hotel is best suited if you are taking an early flight from the airport,but the location is not so good,as it is on the other side of the runway from the terminal. Something that means you need to take a fairly expensive bus from the airport to get there. Staff was typically Norwegian,which means not so accomodating and customer friendly as in a typical "tourist hotel". Breakfast was ok,but not to much to do in the area or in the hotel than staying in the room. For one night and for sleeping it is recommended from my side,but stay away if you want to do other stuff than only staying in the hotel.

No bed sheets or pillow ”
We booked a twin room and only one bed had bed linen and pillow. Telephone didn’t work so couldn’t call reception. Kettle was broken so couldn’t make coffee. Breakfast was really good. Taxi to hotel is expensive and so is the shuttle to the airport. Room was clean.

the hotel is easy to go with shuttle bus service. However there is a stale smell in the room and I found noddle stuck to the bottom of the Kettle. Was pretty traumatized by it. don't really recommend it.
