lovely hotels and great service”

best-skip is clean,safe and good place to stay. it also has helpful and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay in Best-Skip Palembang.

No wifi”

This hotel would have been ok if not for the lack of wifi. It's advertised with wifi but they were having trouble with it for around a week with no end in sight. My other friend had even called ahead to make sure there was wifi. For those who need to access emails, lack of wifi is a deal breaker.

location at centre of city”

the room which i stayed is next to the main hotel. and is still under constructi0n.ground floor not ready. i booked for 3 night but stayed for 2nights.no hot shower, maybe once completed will be okay.

Small hotel with great Wifi”

The hotel is small and located quite far from the main town centres. My room is quite well maintained except fro one minor defect - the drain outlet in the bathroom is partially clogged. Breakfast was included and was simple - just fried rice and coffee or tea. Staff were freindly and helpful.

A small hotel out of nowhere.”

this hotel is a small hotel run and managed by local indonesian. the location is on a small street full of dust where you need a taxi ot local bus. it is not within walking distance to anywhere, even a mini-mart. the staffs barely speak english. most of clientiles are local indonesian from other towns. they like to stay up late (during the ramadan) and make loud noise at 1 and 3 am.. the wifi is limitted only in a few areas. no elevator in this hotel.

The worst hotel ever. ”

No lighting in the hotel. Receptionist was friendly. But the AC was too bad. No air at all. Till i asked to change room, but i got new room with No cool Air too.horrible

Transit hotel”

Service was ok, but room was looking so old ..first Impression was quite smelly ..it's ok lah for only transit one night to continue my next road trip

Matig hotel, maar het personeel doet erg z'n best.”

Personeel spreekt zo goed als geen Engels dat communiseert moeilijk tot niet. We hadden een kamer met 3 bedden gereserveerd, maar bij aankomst was dit niet geregeld. het personeel ging hier wel z'n best voor doen maar in de al kleine kamer kwam er gewoon een matras op de grond bij. We hadden en kamer aan de voorkant en aangezien het een hele drukke straat is was het lawaai enorm ook snachts, maar goed daar wen je aan. Jammer is het dat er niets aan infomatie materiaal over de stad aanwezig was in het hotel en de niet Engels sprekende medewerkers kunnen je er dus ook niets over vertellen. Af en toe kwam de manager het hotel binnen waarmee je wel goed kon communiceren. Wij hebben dit hotel ervaren, maar zouden er geen tweede keer voor kiezen.

Harga diaplikasi gasesuai , pas sampe ke hotel disuru tambah 150 dgn berbagai alasan Pas minta ditambahin handuk malah dibuka kamar tanpa iZin payah mana serem
