I have no idea with negative reviews. Personally, I had a great experience staying at OYO 3194 Margonda Executive. For budget hotel, it has a stunning view, stable Wi-Fi connection, AC and the most important thing is a clean room. I stayed with my family for one night at the peak time, but the staff still gave us warm welcome. The sink and the "semprotan" didn't work but those are just minor problem

Complicated administration process, different building where you check in and where you stay, not NEAR D'mall but INSIDE D'mall (meaning hidden parking fees and D'mall has no limit on per night parking.) The room we had was dirty and had traces of cigarette ash and butts despite it being a non-smoking room. One of our rooms had broken AC remote. And the other room's AC wasn't cold. The room itself is tiny and both bed and pillows we had were hard as rocks. The staff is relatively friendly but they lacked initiative to tell us firsthand all the things we need, making me run around back and forth for extra things from my wife (Which wouldn't be a problem usually but because of the different building situation, it was awful.) Not to mention as a deposit it requires all the tenants' KTP and 200 thousand rupiah in cash. Luckily we only chose to stay 1 night, if we had stayed longer we would've been forced to check out early to retrieve our KTP for vaccine registration. Absolutely terrible experience.

I had a terrible experience. Unfriendly staff and complicated administration process. No free parking facilities (No limit parking fees, this is so bad). I got a dirty room (Broken AC, dirty, no towel, no mineral water, full of trash). The sink and shower didn’t work at all. Unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Unclear tv screen. Not to mention as a deposit it requires all the tenants KTP and Rp 300.000 in cash. NO WIFI.
