Plus di lokasi, tidak untuk kebersihan ”

Nginep semalam disini. Lokasi sangat strategis. Tapi kamar nya, kurang terawat dan tidak terjaga kebersihanya. Handuk baru diberikan jam 8:30 malam (udah kelar mandi sore). Ac nya gak kenceng, jd saya kombinasi antara AC dan kipas, kamar mandi pintu rusak, sprei ngeres banyak butir butir pasir dan rambut. Sarung bantal Kotor dan bauk. 😭. Tidak dikasih peralatan mandi. Seperti sikat/sabun mandi. Air mineral gak ada. Bahkan air galon pun gak ada. Plusnya cuman dua. Lokasi strategis dan ada air hangatnya. Udah itu aja

Kamar hotel tidak nyaman berdebu dimana2”

Saya pesan kamar memang yg standar tidak mengapa jika sempit tidak dapat air mineral dan tdk dikasih handuk. Akan tetapi tdk dibenarkan jk kamar hotel penuh debu.. Sy yg ingin beristirahat dgn nyaman malah sebaliknya sy tdk bs tidur dgn kondisi kamar. Tdk ada fentilasi dan tidak ada jendela. Padahal smyg sy lihat di gamabr kamar standar nya ada jendela. Sungguh mengecewakan. Not rekomended.

Kamar kotor terdapat kecoa mati, staf cewek judes, kamar tidak di bersihkan seperti gudang, wc tidak bisa di kunci, selang air untuk cebok bocor dan rusak, tidak diaediakan sabun, sampo, handuk, dsb. AC panas. Layak dijadikan wisata uji nyali.

Pls improve your receptionist, she is so rude bad attitude, impolite. Bad receptionist I've seen ever. Jijik kali lah liat mukanya, berasa kerja di hotel bintang lima, ga ada attitude ga sopan santun, kerja frontliner ga bisa handle tamu, komunikasi jelek, ga paham hospitality, ga ada senyum.kok bisa kerja sebagai front liner. Receptionist hotel bintang lima saja ga belagu kayak mukanya, gw disini cuma transit, karna dekat kemana2. Diehh najong kalo liat muka staff ya. Pernah ada staff cewe satunya lebih ramah slalu senyum. Kasihan yang punya hostel punya staff jelek prilaku begitu
