Situated by Road 7, this family-run property offers cottages and apartments, just 5 minutes’ drive from central Geilo. Cross-country ski tracks begin right outside the door. Communal facilities include a kitchen, a sauna and an outdoor hot tub. All accommodation options at Øen Turistsenter feature a seating area with sofa. Cottages have a kitchenette and private or shared bathrooms. Apartments are equipped with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Facilities include a mini golf course and rental bicycles. Staff can help arrange fishing, hiking, skiing and other activities. Both on-site parking and WiFi are free. From December to April, there is a shuttle bus between the property and Geilo Ski Centre.

INTERNET WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. PARKING Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). PETS Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable. CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICY Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for 140 NOK or bring their own. Sleeping bags are not permitted. Guests under 23 years old can only check in when travelling as a part of a family. Final cleaning is not included. You can clean before check-out or pay a final cleaning fee. The cost of breakfast for children up to 10 years is 50 NOK.

Basic cabin in caravan park ”
We had a pleasant stay. It was warm and cosy cabin however you need to bring sheets and towels otherwise you will need to rent them. By the time you add this cost plus the cost of taxi travel with your luggage back and forth to the train station it's not as good value as originally thought. No water in the cabin but a kitchen close by to do your dishes.

The cabin is compact and comfortable for 4 adults although one of the room is very small. The furniture is a little tired. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. A pleasant stop over.

Good environment but old furnitures”
The room comes with a small kitchen and a bathroom which is a good point for this cottage because most of the cabins in Norway will probably have shared bathroom and kitchens. The utensils are complete in the kitchen and FOC. However, the furniture are old and the double-decker is very small and not comfortable.

nos sorprendio que no tuviera ni toallas, ni sabanas, ni jabón, olor a humedad dentro de la cabaña... Por lo demás, como solo nos quedamos una noche (ibamos de paso a Oslo), la verdad es que para el precio que pagamos, no nos quejamos mucho... Nos tuvimos que ir sin entregar las llaves puesto que no había nadie en la recepción a la hora de marcharnos

Alles wat je nodig hebt, niks meer niks minder ”
Met het gezin + aanhang (totaal 9 personen) verbleven we op het oen toeristcenter. We kregen een warm welkom en de bungalow/gallet zag er prima uit. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig ( bbq, oven, kookplaat, koelkast, vriezer, openhaard, bedden, kasten) het was niet Lux, maar daar gingen we ook niet vanuit voor het geld. Prijs kwaliteit krijgt van ons zeker een 10 waard. Ook de ligging is prima. Het is nog geen 3 minuten rijden naar het centrum(waar ook de ski-liften zijn) De bus stopt ook nog eens voor de deur. We kijken terug op een zeer geslaagde vakantie. Mede mogelijk gemaakt door oen toeristcenter.
