"I got a single room in this hotel at a very good price (less than JPY 10000 per night) and was very satisfied. The bed was comfortable, the room was small but nice and clean and the bathroom was enough for my needs. The direct shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient, and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from both the Yurikamome and Rinkai lines. You also get a discounted rate for buffet-style breakfast (JPY1600). The only cons: (a) I had to request for a foam pillow because the synthetic Japanese-style ones were not very comfortable for me, (b) the room was small, and the bathtub may be a bit difficult for tall people to use, and (c) there are very few English-speaking staff at night, so it may take a while for your concerns to be taken care of. Overall, I'm happy with this hotel and would book again. It is quite far and expensive to get to from "mainland" Tokyo though, so if you're a tourist, you may want to consider any hotel in Odaiba as a last resort."

"Room is a bit small (I had some trouble placing my stuff initially) but clean and comfortable. Hotel has most features you would expect, including a convenience store, restaurants, computer stations with net access and printing for guests. Room amenities are pretty complete. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is included as well as 2 sets of toothbrushes, hair brushes, bath towels, hand towels, face towels as well as room robes that are replaced daily. Mini fridge will only take only one large carton or bottle along with a few smaller items. Also included is a water heater and ionic blow dryer. Air conditioning is adjustable, but I found default settings to be sufficient to cool me down after being out in the summer sun. The hotel is conveniently located right between at least 2 Yurikamome and one Rinkai line stations, giving you many options for travel, and is within walking distance to locations such as Tokyo Big Sight, Palette Town, DiverCity Tokyo (amongst other interesting locations) and at least 2 Zepp Halls. It is a great location for visiting Odaiba, and is not a bad location to stay at even if traveling to locations outside of Odaiba (Rinkai line access helps). You cannot miss the place, the Sunroute logo can be seen in the distance as soon as you step onto Odaiba. It is priced much lower than other hotels in the region, and is a good place to consider staying if you are visiting Odaiba."

"チェックインした際に入浴剤、乳液、などもらえて。部屋にUSBケーブルもあってとても便利。さらにAlexiaもついて、テレビつけたくなくても音楽を楽しめる。有明ガーデンから200メートル、AEONで色々買えるのでとても便利。一人でセミダーブルベッドで最高。Hotel is situated 200 meters from AEON supermarket and Ariake Garden, so it is super convenient. There is an Alexia speaker on the desk so you can play music if you don't want to turn on TV. They also provide USB plugs in each room which is a plus. Free "continental breakfast" (apple juice, coffee and 3 bread) which I didn't expected."

"We stayed at the Grand Pacific Odaiba after few days in Tokyo ( Shinjuku ), a Hokkaido trip and Disney Sea, to get away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo before leaving Japan. This hotel has straight walkway access to the Yurikamome monorail Daiba station which runs 3 stops to Shimbashi station that you can connect to the JR railways and others lines and a few minutes walk to Ginza and Tsukiji area. To travel to Asakusa Temple, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara just use the JR Yamanote line located at the Shimbashi station. If you want to head to Disneyland from the hotel, the Yurikamome can also be used to connect to the Rinkai line at Tokyo Teleport station and from there you can connect to Maihama station at Shin-kiba station via the Keiyo line. The hotel also has a connecting walkway to Aqua City where there are plenty of restaurants and shops and also the Decks mall which houses the Sega Joypolis. The hotel also has another walkway that leads to the Diver City that has the Gundam museum and plenty of shops and restaurants. There is a free shuttle that goes around Odaiba which you can take to the Palette Town mall and the big ferris wheel. Surrounding the hotel are a few nice parks and very clean and quiet. If you want to get away from the Tokyo crowd but still enjoy walking around, shopping and eating, this is the hotel for you and your family. Checking in and out was very fast and the hotel staff were very friendly and spoke good English. They also have a foreign English speaking staff at the concierce desk that was very helpful to direct us to Kamakura for a day trip. We didn't get a chance to dine at the many hotel restaurants as there were so many nice restaurants at the Aqua city. Be sure you don't miss the sushi restaurant on the 1st floor of Aqua city and the Yakiniku restaurant right across it. It serves one of the best sushi and yakiniku we had on this trip. Both restaurants are near the entrance of Toys R' Us on the 1st floor of Aqua city."

"The check in system and staff is tedious because they messed up the order of my name and the Staff wasn’t helpful even she knew there was only one reservation with my name. She insisted I enter my name and search for my reservation myself. What a bother. She made the start to the stay horrible and quite unpleasant but once in the room it was clean and more spacious that an APA hotel so that was good. They don’t have a Body Cloth in their amenities so that’s just tedious so showering and washing is more difficult than it needs be. The breakfast was lovely. Simple but clean and fresh. Wouldn’t mind coming back for the cost and value. "

"Pros: 1.) Has 7/11 right next to the hotel and Aeon Shinonome mall in front. 2.) Near Teamlab Planet and just stations away from Odaiba. 3.) Shuttle from the Hotel to Toyosu Station (Check their latest shuttle hours) 4.) HANDY phone which is super convenient! (personal hotspot, local calls, room to room calls and requesting amenities) Cons: 1.) Far from city center 2.) Shuttle not 24/7. Also, we requested for shuttle for Tokyo Disneyland, unfortunately, we were not informed about the changes. But the one that really stands out is their customer-centric staffs. Why? 1.) Early check-in! After a long hours of travel, this is what we really need. 2.) Assistance in directions and airport transfers. Thank you for accommodating us. "
