Deluxe room well equipped, the only problem was the shower which was not fitted properly, the toiletries were of good quality, the staff was neutral, the breakfast selection could be more extensive, the hotel is in a very good location, parking is nearby and in the hotel's own parking lot, bathtub Chaldean quality. The price-value ratio is very good.

I ordered room service and the lady that delivered my order looked so angry and was rambling on about guests using the sauna without permission. How is that my problem.

The room is not clean, from floor to ceiling of the room you would be able to see right away the stains...the 4 star ranking of the hotel is not what is expected in terms of cleanliness, on the other hand the breakfast was good.

Attentive staff went the extra mile”
We stayed in a family suite, and it was bigger than expected. The rooms were clean and quiet. Getting into the center of Prague was easy with the metro, which was only 2 blocks from the hotel. But it's the staff that makes the hotel. We had to make last minutes to our family vacation to Israel because of the missiles, and the staff assisted us with contacting the airlines and making the computer available to us. They turned a stressful situation into one with solutions. Super professional staff with great language skills! This hotel knows how to take care of its guests.

First time to Prague and picked this hotel Pros: price, new, spacious room, polite and nice staff, fitness center I personally liked their bed a lot... it was hard bed. Cons: location a bit far away from center of city, but it depends on individual. I thought it was fine. Overall a great place

Good hotel, very comfortable bed staff friendly and inviting. Ukraine lady on reception top of her profession made you feel cared for. Room size just right, bed awesome. Would I visit again, yes I would even considering the down side hotel taxi service is expensive.

Comfort hotel near to Metro station”
Hotel near to Andel metro station, about 5 mins walk from hotel. Very convenient location and centralized, near to Andel town centre with lots of great restaurants, supermarket and one of the best bread shop PAUL (from France). A 10 mins walk to Shopping mall & good Chinese restaurant just a few steps away from the shopping mall. Friendly and helpful staff Jane, good in English, a credit to the hotel. When our room's coffee & tea packets were not replaced, she personally bring up the coffee & tea packets to our room due to short manpower of household dept. She gave us clear information on travelling on the bus & metro and offer alternatives when we checked in at the counter. We bought her a piece of cake, appreciation of her professionalism.

Very good choice for Prague”
100m distance to subway station which takes you to the city center in 5 minutes. Hotel bar has nice food and drinks, rooms are big and clean and modern, staff very friendly. Parking should be reserved in advance to be sure, though they have many parking lots. I would come back.

Room is bright, clean and spacious. Breakfast is good. It is near Andel station. Very convenient. Albert super market is near the station as well but on the other exit which is a bit far from hotel.

The hotel is new and staff is professional. The room size is standard. The room is very clean and tidy. The hotel location is not in the tourism area but it is still convenient and close to main tourist areas. The overall experience is nice and it is a very good option for tourists.

very hard to find, GPS does not have the right street number but they have been trying to fix it. We found it by sheer luck. Room was OK but was in need of maintenance (bathroom, sheer curtains had food or grease embedded) Breakfast was adequate but like all buffet servings, food is usually luke warm.
