I recommend taking the hotel shuttle rather than renting a car. They get you on insurance as they won't take outside insurance or credit card insurance. It ended up being $260 for an economy car for 5 days (insurance was $180 of that), so don't book unless you plan to drive around a lot. Otherwise the hotel was very nice. We upgraded to preferred. The butler was Billy whos a great guy and always looking out for us. We got the swim up rooms which I thing was the better decision rather than the private pool rooms. We ended up eating breakfast and lunch at Breathless as I think they had a slightly better selection and there were no kids. I think the pool area at Onyx was larger and much less crowded. The buffet food at times was cold but it does help if you go when it opens. What can you expect if it's been sitting there for a few hrs. Drinks were really water down no matter how much we asked for stronger drinks. I learned to bridge the gap by bringing my own bottle.

Hotel overall was good. Variety was good in restaurants. To many times they ran out of drinks we liked and never replaced. Swimming pools were good Be careful on the lazy river as there is a hidden concrete platform just under the water that I crashed into and hurt my back. Could also do with more towel stations. Too many staff are after tips rather than offer good service. Coffee shop was very good. Overall a good Hotel.

Unfortunately I will have to give this resort a bad review. Hurts me to do it, but did not have a great experience. Upon arrival, a room was assigned and when entering the room noticed a few flies, a few mosquitoes and many gnats. The room had a strong odor of stuck water and when my wife opened the shower glass door it was just a repugnant odor.

It was great! We had some complications but the staff responded quickly and professionally. Food was great, the entertainment was cool, the beach was beautiful. I am not a big fan of all inclusive resorts but this was by far the best. (I don’t drink alcohol so can’t comment) The rooms could use a facelift but there are super clean. The majority of the staff were super friendly and hospitable. Overall it was a great experience. I recommend it. I have older children they enjoyed it too and we all agree it that it is a resort for All ages. A bit of something for everyone .

공항에서 다소 멀긴하지만 바다 파도가 아래보다 더쎄서 타고노는데 너무 재밌었어요 현실 캐리비안 ㅎㅎ 직원들도 친절하구요 가든뷰지만 수영장이넓게펼쳐진 구조라 풀이 보였네요 연말인데도 마니 번잡하지도 않고 푹쉬다왔습니다~
