Exceptional”
The resort was great front pool especially good and clean back pools nice but could do with a clean.. Rooms were clean my only complaint was a bit noisy in hallway early.. The food wasnt great either you expect high prices but also great food in 5 star.. The best thing about resort though was the friendly stafc who diffused a big argument between my wife and I after she thought it was a good idea to throw a milkshake in my face the day before.. So obviously we were ready to come home.. A special thanks to Maya i think was her name who took took care of situation.. I would return to this resort but would stay in different room..

We stayed here for 1 night. We were upgraded to tropical room, so amazing. The room is big and very clean. The staff are friendly and professional. The pools are good. The breakfast is well. Very valuable.

Good service by the front office staff. Pleasent stay. Location and the facilities very nice. Only there was one day during breakfast the staff was very not efficient. They don't do the setup properly. The staff just chit chatting.

We had a lovely time at Novotel - it is very family orientated, even though we were on our honeymoon we enjoyed this. We found that although they had great programs and things running, most of the time the program was not followed and the events were not happening. We also found their prices in general to be quite high compared to the rest of Bali. But a beautiful, clean and well kept place!

We recently stayed here the staff were lovely and helpful but the insects are a problem also if u stay in the garden section there is a dog continually barking next door we looked over fence poor thing was kept in a cage mostly their is also a sewerage smell our room 432 partically bad we did inform the hotel hopefully it can be fixed ,the cleaners there do need a bit more training we had a broken bottle in our room they left glass around and floor was still sticky after theyde supposed cleaned it up we ended doing it ourselves the fridges are to low and small and need a cupboard door on them so they are hidden like in most other hotels the water in shower is very salty so soap or shampoo dont lather the breakfast isnt too bad plenty of choice and as i said the staff are very helpful and friendly friends used the spa salon and said it was very good the photographer was very good we got a free group photo each

Watch out when you book rooms. There is a road that splits hotel in half. We booked 2 different room types so ended up with one on each side-no warning given at time of booking. Even though we were family it still took a lot of pushing before hotel backed down and gave us both rooms on beach side of road. Staff in restaurant disintested. Asked my daughter if she wanted cheese and bacon on the vegan burger. Same at beach bar. 5 staff behind bar at 11am playing loud music. No customers but a bunch of guests resting on beach loungers hear by. Basically refused to turn volume down. You can find much better hotels than this in nusa Dua.

Service needs improvement, facilities need renovation”
Good location, Good rooms but pricey for that level of service and facilities getting old. From the pools, the rooms with aircon leaking marks, bad smell from either aircon or drain or wood, the place needs renovation, if it wants to claim to be international standard with Novotel brand. We have been disappointed by the transfer from room to the upgraded room. Agoda also shall precise that the hotel has 2 parts and we do not know when we book. We ended up very far and had to cross the road and the whole hotel just to get to the restaurant or to the beach. Hence we upgraded, but lost 1 day waiting for the transfer. Then we had a room with bad smell like piss smell. Hotel offered a spa massage which was nice but they could not fix the smell issue. It is also very hot in the dine in area and there should have more fans perhaps. One of the guest relation officer, Ms Midy was great and extended her help to all our issues. Without her. We would have been very bitter and upset.

Very disappointing Hotel”
Was expecting much more from Novotel. Paid such high price for a small room, that is across the road (not by the beach), and the beach area is so disappointing: small and dirty Rooms are old, a lot of parts dropping out. Staff got us waiting for around 45mins before checking in, and still scold us to wait "just 5 mins more" when we were getting impatient. Location is very bad as well. Overall, a very lousy choice and with the price, you can get many other hotels on the same stretch

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 1 week and then moved to Nusa Dua for the 2nd week. Apart from the beach in Nusa Dua which is much better, we actually preferred our stay in Benoa as the Novotel was so beautiful we found that the other hotels just did not compare. We paid 3 times as much for the hotel in Nusa Dua and it was no where near as good as the Novotel! Shame the Novotel in Benoa is not in Nusa Dua (although i am aware there is a Novotel in Nusa Dua so maybe it is worth checking out). The room we had at the Novotel was far superior and modern to the place we moved to for the second week. Also the place has a very friendly feel and all the staff are so nice and friendly and always say hello and smile which actually makes a big difference after you go to another hotel and realize you are just another couple amongst all the other guests and feel like they just say hello in a false way. The restaurant on the beach Coco's i can highly recommend, the food is amazing and i love the welcome bread and dips they always supply once you place your meal order. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff and management and head chef at the Novotel benoa for a fantastic stay and a memorable holiday we loved our time here and will come again one day. The architecture and gardens of the place are so beautiful we loved every aspect of the place from the day bed on the veranda to the swing benches to the egg seats to the swimming pool areas just everything. Stay here you will not be disappointed ;-)

Best vacation of my life! ”
I had been in Bali for over a week before I checked into Novotel Benoa. It was by far the best hotel I stayed at there. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and always offered to assist in any way necessary. I had to check out at noon and my flight was not until after midnight, and the staff let me lounge around the pool all day and let me use a vacant room to store my luggage and shower before I left for the airport. I really appreciated how considerate that was. The location was perfect also. Benoa beach is for watersports only, but Novotel has an area roped off for swimming in the water. I also enjoyed the three different pools. The food was excellent as well. Overall, an excellent hotel, and I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Bali.

Novotel Benoa is a great hotel absolutely loved it”
Benoa is a excellent place to stay, much than staying in Nusa Dua, you have your own little town with restaurants, beauty shops and mini marts all in walking distance. Loved the Novotel it was an excellent hotel, our room was perfect and the pools were great, and you also have the beach if you want to swim in the ocean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed there for 7 days on our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. Would definitely go back again!!

Excellent hotel at a great value”
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful! The kids club was amazing and the fee for private babysitters is outstanding. We have a very shy two year old and she was so excited to spend time playing in the kids club. The babysitters and Novotel kids club staff were excellent. They also had activities for children of all ages everyday, throughout the day. The three pools offer additional variety to the days activities, as well as having access to a private beach. This was our first trip to the Novotel Bali Benoa, but we met so many families where this was there "go to" hotel for their trips to Bali.

Great Location & Beautiful Hotel”
The Novotel Beona is located on the North part of Nusa Dua. We stayed in one of the terrace rooms and would recommend this room as they are fairly new and well designed. The pool was lovely!! the hotel is located on the beach and there are not shortage of chairs on the beachfront. The nearby restaurants were the cheapest in Bali, and were usually pretty quiet. If you are looking to relax and get out of the hustle bustle of Kuta, i would recommend staying here. It was great service and great facilities!!

More than what we expected!”
My partner and I decided to spend a night at the Nusa Dua before moving to Ubud and we grab a last min cheap deal for 1 night deluxe room. We were greeted by friendly hotel staffs and were upgraded to the Beach Cabana when we arrived at the hotel at night, it's fantastic! The room is spacious, in-room safe box is provided, towels are clean and fluffy, the room even comes gorgeous outdoor bath! The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful to loan us a travel adapter plug. We were too tired to go out and decided to dine in the hotel at Cocos Beach Restaurant. Price range from $10-15 USD for main course, pizza, comparing the price dinning in a cafe where I came from, the price is actually reasonable, do note there is 21% tax on top of your bill. The food is good, I love the seafood pizza and pork with mash potato with the cool sea breeze from the beach. The hotel gym is temporary relocated to the meeting room due to the renovation but still good, water and towels are provided in the gym for convenience. Breakfast buffet spread has wide variety and served real fresh fruit juice, not from concentrates. The cons: - Toiletries are provided even with bath salt, but not the toothbrush and toothpaste. - Sediment found in electric water kettle and it all goes into the last glass of the water poured out from the kettle. The sediment is probably due to repeat use of water boiling without cleaning. While this is a common overlook for almost all hotels, it will be good if the kettles are clean for sediment regularly. - The garden infront of the cabana look tired with the dried up plants and sand all over, it will look great with little tidy up and regrow some plants. Overall I like Novotel Benoa and I would love to be back when I'm in Bali again!

Nice hotel with villas for rent”
This hotel is located in Tanjung Benoa, which is famous for its water sports activities. The area is also very close to Nusa Dua, which is famous for its big five star hotels and resorts. This hotel has several room types, which include standard rooms, semi-villa rooms (my own definition), and villas with private pool. I would recommend the villas with private pools for couples (especially during honeymoon) and families. Breakfast has nice varieties and good taste. Swimming pool is a little bit on the smaller side. Beach is located right next to the pool area.
