Very suitable for living with children, large spacious living room, warm floor in the living room, which is very important when children play. There is an extra bed for children, children's bedding, everything is excellent. Sunny, bright rooms. The 1 bedrooms are in a quiet location, 1 the park side, but it is also quiet there. The dishwasher is very quiet, of course the coffee machine is excellent ))) !
Hm, There are some things that need to be fixed in the apartment, 1. Ventilation (exhauster fan) in the shower room-toilet is not working. 2. The air extractor of the kitchen stove works, but the ventilation pipe is not led out of the room-kitchen, so everything you cook remains in the kitchen, it is not comfortable if you are cooking something more serious, baking. For information, 3. Parking is 7 minutes away from the parking lot, but there is a free parking lot on the street next to it from 20.00 to 8:00 it is convenient if you arrive in the evening and have to leave early in the morning, so you have to combine a little. 4. The stairwell repair, you are careful, children can quickly get their clothes dirty.

Fantastic location, place, flat and host”

a house fully equipped !! Just like someone left his home for you. It includes even coffee, sugar, salt and other kitchen stuff. Fantastic host, well maintained classic house with super entertainment equipment's ( Denon Stereo, Samsung TV). Classic house with super decoration !! Host is very nice, responsive and helped when ever needed When we reached, the weather got cooled unexpectedly, but Living room is equipped with floor heating. the other rooms are not heated, but gets heated from the heat of living room, besides a small portable heater was present in the house.
1 room was little smaller, but the living room was king size

Good looking building, good location, comfy beds, nice wiev, stylish apartment,good for few days stay. Equipped with many things :) works best for quiet group of friends or families.
noisy apartment, especially alot noise from staircase. Could have been cleaner. Few small things that are not working. Fan in bathroom not working, lock in bathroom was almost broken, struggle to lock the doors. Kitchen fan is not connected to the pipe, so smoke from cooking stays in the kitchen. Living room floor was dusty, strange electronics (like printers) laying on the floor.

The apartment was fully equipped, interior was arranged elegant. Pleasant quite during night time. The location is very attractive.
Missing hair dryer. Sink in bathroom was crearly a victim of the interior designer: There is no practical use of such a small sink! Switch/regulator of bathroom light did come off several times. Repair necessary.

Wonderful”

The classic apartment was very spacious and in a lovely older building with character. it’s location to wonderful restaurants was fantastic.
The only issue was the basketball courts next store during the late hours such as 10:30 -11:30 pm at night and school noise when conducting physical education classes in the afternoons, but it wasn’t horrible.

Very nicely furnished with nearly new kitchen and bathroom. Easy walk to everything. Hallway is currently being renovated but didn’t affect the apartment.
The biggest issue was that people had clearly smoked in the apartment. Could smell it when opening the front door and was very strong smell in small bedroom. Very unpleasant to sleep with this (and not No Smoking like advertised). The bed in the second bedroom is also small - ok for one person but not a couple) and was very soft so you ended up rolling into the middle. Both factors are such a pity in a really nice apartment.

Very close to central City, walking distance to many places, supermarket nearby, very much space for a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen. Early check-in was made possible.
Very soft matresses. Could have been a bit cleaner when moving in.

Getting into the property was an issue as the host sent the information two hours before our check in window and since we had just traveled internationally we did not have wifi to access the information. It was close to city centre and a relatively quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen was well equipped. Decoration was nice and modern.
The flat was dirty, eg blood stains in the shower, finger smudges in the fridge, kitchen was smelling of cigarettes. The heating was not clear how it worked and even if I emailed the owner to ask him about it, I received no answer. Finally half way through our stay we managed to heat up the place but the small bedroom was still cold so we had to squeeze in the big bedroom all 3 of us.

Extremely nice living room. Availability of washing and great coffee machines. Netflix account. Great beds.
Not very convinient to get in and out. Many doors to open and stairs to climb. Also, it is a bit too little sleeping space for 5 people. I would say it is enough for 2 couples.

Get ride of the local drugs addicts and when the building work has been completed it will be fantastic. it is not cheap”

The lounge is large and well decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the the toilet and shower, no complaints. I might have went at a particularly hot weekend but 1 small desk fan was not enough. The location is a 10 out of 10. The communication with the owner was fab.
I was told about building works on the day of our arrival. On a non refundable booking this is not acceptable. We were woken up from 8am with machinery. Less than ideal. What I could not get over was watching people inject drugs in the park which you cannot miss at it is next to the view offered by the tv. Others were smoking crack cocaine. The owner did apologise and tried to explain it was a societal problem. Not on my holiday it is not. I travelled with my son and I can state if I went with my wife I would have insisted on my money back.

One of the Best Places that I Have Stayed”

This was one of the best places that I have stayed while traveling. Norway can be expensive, but the fully equipped kitchen (and I mean fully equipped to include a full complement of spices) made it easy to save money through cooking breakfast and dinner. The apartment was decorated and maintained with items as if one lived there, not just IKEA furniture. Several grocery stores within a 200-meter walk of the apartment.
It is about a 15-minute walk from the train station to the apartment. Not really a bus line or trolly line that allows a visitor to shorten the walk.

The apartment is in a historical building, and boasts a beautiful, sun-drenched, living room with views on a park. The kitchen is truly fully equipped, and the floor heating makes the apartment even more cozy. Many stores and eateries are within easy walking distance.
