"We've stayed in around a dozen 5 star business hotels in Singapore and this is our favourite. The hotel is modern and chic and everything is perfectly clean. The location is brilliant, 100m from a station, 50m from a supermarket (with a 7 day pharmacy inside) and 100m from a hawkers centre. The staff are efficient, warm and professional. "

"We decided a to book at this hotel because fairly priced rooms. It's hard to find a good hotel in Singapore with a fair price, but this hotel has a great location and fairly priced. We paid around $590 for a 5 night stay, and it was great. There are 2 bus stops just minutes away from the hotel, and the receptionists would happily guide in taking the bus and the mrt. They'll tell you the best route to take where ever your destination is. Food in there restaurant is fair, but for a SGD10 buffet breakfast, that's value for money right there. All in all our stay was great, staff was really helpful. Room and bathroom is clean although a bit small but that wouldn't matter if you're going to spend most of your time outside your hotel. The hotel's surroundings are a plus, there are convenient stores nearby and some decent and cheap food to eat just minutes away from the hotel. I had a fun stay in this hotel and would recommend it to anyone planning on visiting Singapore. "

"The location is good as it is near to Far East Plaza and Orchard Road. However, there are few things I am very unhappy with this hotel, given it is a 5 star hotel. First, there was no bell boy to carry my bags when I checked in. Being a single girl travelling, did they expect me to carry somewhat 30 kgs by myself. SEcond, It was very hard to request for early check in unlike other 5-stars hotel in Singapore that I used to stay before. Third, it was extremely difficult to catch a taxi from this hotel. I had to wait for almost an hour. I then requested the staff to call and book a taxi for me as I needed to go somewhere urgently. However, the hotel staff told me that they could not get through the taxi service. My suggestion: call another taxi company if one couldnt get through. Singapore has many taxi companies. "

"After arriving from Thailand, we had a 4 day break in Singapore. The Grand Park hotel is fantastic, the pool was slightly heated, so you can swim at any time. The rooms are big compared to Singapore standards. We had a cot supplied free of charge for our room and there was still enough room for our child to roam around. Had no fridge in the beginning but got one supplied to us straight away no hassles at all. Location is a big plus. Being at city hall, you are only a few stops from anywhere central. Next come we come back to Singapore we will definitely stay again. We have stayed at a few hotels in Singapore, and this is the best one we have had. "

"It's located just behind Orchard Road and within less than 10 minutes walking distance to Somerset or Dhoby Ghaut MRT. It's an old hotel, so the room was actually quite spacious if a little worn. The staffs were also very nice. The en suite bathroom and toilet was clean. There was no facilities like gym or swimming pool, but that was not an issue because we were here to travel around not lounging by the pool. Overall, definitely one of the better value for money hotel in Singapore. "

"Changi Cove is such a lovely place to stay. The hotel is a large complex which also holds events but continues to have a very personal approach to mainstream tourists/travellers. Staff member Ramin is their customer service officer and on arrival he is the first point of contact and so so kind to everyone he meets. All staff are lovely. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, great beds and bedding and wonderful showers. It’s a quiet setting and a good option if you have been travelling for a while. Transportation to Changi Cove is simple via buses from Pasir Ris or Tampines. Very easy to get around and a 15 minute walk to Changi Village which has everything you may need. This has got to be one of the most affordable hotels in Singapore (price includes a very nice breakfast) for the comfort, the quality and the approach of staff. Thank you once again to Ramin. See you soon Changi Cove. "

"such a cool hostel ... almost like a hidden gem in Singapore. I randomly booked it online and they told me it's new. It was REALLY new. everything is new... the toilets the beds the linens the furniture.. I travelled round singapore for 3 days but the view in the hostel itself was probably the best i got in Singapore! i LOVE the beds. the privacy and coziness of it. had my own space to relax and great sleep. Finally would say the staff really did a great job. Made me feel so welcomed and helped me out in almost everything. yep definitely would come back to stay again!"

"The Best Service we had in last few years. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Yet we forgot to make reservation at the restaurant preferred before arriving Singapore. On 4th Aug, the staff on duty at reception, including Muhammed, worked really hard to help us secure a table. This service was beyond our expectation. We just asked for info, but they helped out in the whole process. We had really happy experience at the famous National Kitchen on our anniversary. Second story is the Plum & Toro Restaurant, we were really tired at the end of our journey, and had a really beautiful lunch there before leaving Singapore. Everything was good, the food, the chefs, the services, the ambience. The Bellboy, the staff @ Breakfast table, even the cleaning lady. Everything was perfect. Thank you Intercontinental Robertson Quay."

"The customer service was very attentive and professional. Something which is lacking in many five star hotels in Singapore. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated with subtle Eastern touches. The pool area is very well thought out with plenty of space and different areas to explore. The executive club experience is worth the extra cost as the food and drinks is of a high standard. "
