We had our honeymoon here. It was splendid n viee was awesome. Super cold weather but the heater helps alot. Staff was helpful. Food was great n its so peaceful n quiet for a getaway n destress.thank you for allowing adults only as it helps everyone to have a great getaway n peaceful nite stay

This was our favorite stay in Bali, which was unexpected given that it isn't on any beach. We loved the peace and serenity of the area, the clove and coffee trees that surrounded the resort, and the beautifully designed Floating Villas. Note that we didn't stay in the regular rooms -- those appear to be in a single building at the bottom of the hill and didn't look like anything special. If you can book a Floating Villa, do it! You won't regret it.

Decent place and rather inaccessible. ”
The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was commendable as well. The main problem with this stay was that I had to pay 700k for a cracked glass that was caused by their heater being placed on the glass table top. It was honestly quite a traumatic experience as the heater was placed on the table top before I stepped into the room and the heater was switched on by one of the staff who introduced me to my room. He did not inform me that the heater should not be turned on overnight lest the glass might break due to overheating. In the end, I had to bear the entire cost which I view, not my fault to begin with. How about not placing your heater on a glass table top at the very first place? I felt this could have been handled more professionally- perhaps the hotel could bear half the cost? Will not be visiting this place after this experience. Disappointing.

Warm hospitality staffs in heavenly cool hotel with stunning views. Breakfast could be served in room which is very helpful as I could enjoy it with the breathtaking views right in front of me! Floating Villa is definitely the best choice is this hotel!
