Exceptional”
This was a booking I rehashed after missing out on traveling to Switzerland coz of COVID. Happy that the hotel was still around, as heard good reviews about it hence was waiting to be able to complete my stay. Really awesome blackout curtains, and though the room was basic, it had sufficient space for us and importantly, comfortable. Loving also that it is slightly away from the main part of city, but yet close enough to take a slow walk back after a hearty dinner. Do check it out too! :)

Actually a quite economical choice as costs are high in Zurich. Convenient to most places and has a nice breakfast buffet which ends up being cheap for Zurich if you want to tuck in.

Nice hotel staff friendly and checked in quick … Room was clean and big enough, no real storage cupboards, tho . shower was big walk in with glass panel which you need a towel on the floor to stop any splashing water.. Tv in the room if needed no kettle or mini bar / fridge but staff would give you a cup of hot water to make a tea in your room . Location is within walking distance of tram and shopping street. Location is easy to find . Did not have the breakfast but seemed standerd continental as I saw. Got a good price for Zurich and would stay again

I love the architecture of this hotel, looks like an old warehouse that turned into a hotel. The only downside is we got a room that was too far from the elevator and there were no phones in the room so if you need anything from the reception, you would have go downstairs which was very inconvenient. There was no coffee maker or electric kettle to heat up water. Other than, location and design of the hotel is very nice. I would just reconsider the other things I mentioned above, if you can do away with it then this hotel is also a good option to stay.

It is one of the better hotels that we stayed in. There is also air con as well, much relief for us during the summer season. Do note that there is no kettle or cups provided to make your own hot drinks.

The hotel was advertised as having air conditioning. It did not! It was supposed to have some sort of internal fan system. Ours did not work. We followed their instructions, but we had no air movement. We finally had to ask for a fan to create some air movement. Also there were no phones in the rooms, so lots of trips up and down to the front desk to try to resolve issues. Front desk people were not extremely helpful.

A nice cosy hotel at an awesome location!”
I stayed for 3 nights at this property. The hotel is situated just 10 mins walking distance away from the Zurichsee lake. The property was setup in 2019 in an erstwhile post office building. Rooms are clean, cute and non smoking. With a little luck you can get the 'Special One' room with a French balcony to satisfy the smoking urges. Rooms are basic with no room service. Walking down to the front desk, for smallest of needs, especially if you live at the extreme end of the corridor can be a quite an ordeal. Ironing board with an iron box is available provided you are willing to lug it to your room from the front desk. The staff is cordial and helpful. Tanja in the breakfast lounge met us with a smile at every instance. The breakfast spread was thin but optimal. The hotel has a nice bar with relaxed seating and a lobby. The decor has been tastefully done. Beware of the automatic doors that swing open in your honor. If you're not too careful you can hurt yourself. I enjoyed the hotel every bit with it's pluses and minuses. Would love to stay again at this place except for it's non negotiable high price! Zürich is expensive and I guess the hotel rates are a reflection of that more than of the amenities it offers.

Staff were efficient and helpful and the room was a decent size for European hotels. Very limited facilities in the room but it was quite comfortable. Good A/C and full blackout curtains + blinds. The cafe/bar area being 24/7 was a welcome feature. Price was on par for Zurich hotels.
