Moods Boutique Hotel is indeed unique”
I love the staff :) they are friendly and very attentive. But to those who only came to Prague for the first time and still learning about the transportation around the city, finding this hotel is a challenge. Especially if you bring 2 heavy big bags. It takes around 1.2KM from the metro station to the hotel and the worst thing is ... the pavement is made of rubbles and uneven so dragging the bags is indeed a challenge. But after knowing the area for a little bit we find out that there is nearby tram and what a lifesaver it was. Anyway, we got room number 3 which is located at the back corner and perhaps because of that, the geometry of the room is a bit weird and somehow making the room feel smaller and unattractive. We saw others' room and theirs were great :) just ask not to get room number 3 hahaha The breakfast is very nice :) the staff is very friendly and there are some great sushi and thai restaurant in the neighbourhood too which is a plus for us Indonesian :)

Satisfactory to good design hotel”
Moods Boutique Hotel was a good hotel. Not amazing but at the very least satisfactory. The breakfast buffet is good, the rooms are clean, the staff is helpful, the design is nice, and the location is good (quiet but close enough). On the other hand, though, the bar was poorly stocked, at times there was a shortage in staff members, and while the beds are comfortable, the pillows are absolutely ghastly, making each of our party of 6 wake up everyday aching. The rooms are cramped. If you are looking for something in the middle of the town's sightseeing and bars, the location is not for you. If you want a more sophisticated area with restaurants, it's appropriate. All in all, the hotel delivered on its promises (3/5 stars) + 1 extra star for its vibe and feeling, but didn't really go beyond or excel.

Awesome Hotel with very friendly staff”
This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. All staff staff speak good english which helped lots. On check in I was given a map and pointed in the right direction in where to go visit etc. The hotel is modern and the rooms are very well equipt. The Breakfast is very good with a large range of food on offer. Also the location is very good but quiet at night so you can get some sleep. I would definately stay here again on my next visit to Prague.

Good Hotel, Nice Staff, Decent Breakfast”
Moods was a nice place to stay for a few days in Prague. Close to many attractions to easily walk but just enough outside to be comfortable. Modern rooms, good beds, nice selection at breakfast, helpful staff. Bath/shower was all new but somewhat awkwardly arranged for a tall guy like me (outside wall of building sloped in somewhat). Massage, etc., on premises for reasonable price but didn't try. All in all had no complaints.

Friendly, reasonably-priced design hotel”
We stayed at Moods for 2 nights, and it was the perfect spot for our short visit to Prague. Close enough to everything without being in the middle of the madness that is the Old Town, etc. Moods is not super fancy and our room wasn't huge, but everything was new and nicely designed, and the price was right too. For young people who are looking for a nice place to stay without all the unnecessary frills like conference facilities and swimming pools, Moods is a great option. We'll be back.

It was not very close to the heart of town. It took around 15-20mins walk to the old town square. Many choices for the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet served till 1130hrs which fits the lazy couple like us. Since the metro was temporarily stopped due to flooding in prague, the staff taught us to take the tram to transit the airport bus . This was a very useful information to us. maller than my expectation. Also, it took around 15-20mins walk to the old town square.

Helpful staff, trendy design, good location”
We emailed the hotel two days before of our arrival about how to get there from the Praha main train station, we were satisfied that we got a prompt response. Since we would arrive the train station quite late (about 7pm), we booked the hotel transfer service. Though it was a bit pricey (CZK 250), we thought it was necessary as the hotel was not near the train station, it was not safe if we got into taxi on the street. The staff was helpful, after we arrived the hotel, he gave us a 5-minute brief of the locations of different attractions using a map, and we were given some surprise. The staff there always took initiative to help customers, for example, one of them came to us and take photos for me and my husband in their beautiful lobby. The room is big, actually we were told that our room was upgraded to the Deluxe one, not sure if it is also big for Superior room. Room is very clean with trendy design. The whole hotel is new as it was opened in 2010. The hotel is well located, just 10-15 mins walk to the main tourist attractions. It took about 20 mins walk to the Praha main train station. Their breakfast buffet was fine, there was a coffee machine and it was so nice to have a cup of coffee every morning. WiFi was quite fast. Water was hot and strong. However, the room was a bit hot, we turned on the air-conditioner, but it seemed that it did not work properly at all. The kettle was not clean enough, I wonder if it was due to the water itself as I have stayed at four different hotels in Germany and Praha, all kettles are like this, with some white powder residues inside it. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and definitely stay there again the next time.

The feeling of this hotel were so morden in decorations & inroom facilities,nive wifi provided,just walk 10-15mins to the transportations stations & old town attractions.the hotel also close to the beautiful river,walk beside the river you can go to the Charles brige then across to the Prague Castle ,that was a very nive way to explore this city

Disappointed in so many ways”
To begin with and make it clear already we travelled as a couple and both of us are employees in hotels with 15 or more years of experience in 5* hotels. Unfortunatelly the pros are less than cons. Before I make the reservation in this hotel I read so many reviews and I was preety sure that most of the negative reviews are too much to be true.. THE CONS First impression,the lady in the reception needs to take showers more often,she was helpfull,friendly and smiley though. We then got into our room that was nice and cozy BUT wifi was not even detectable. Second day,at the morning shift there wa such a lovely girl (I think her name is Marie) in the reception with her colleague,both really friendly. I told her about wifi and how this affects my stay cause of luck if communication with my work back in Athens and in an hour she had ready another room for us which by the way was much better and with more spacious wc. Unfortunatelly we could use wifi but the signal was so bad and the inte

Hotel location perfect for family. Hotel very close to Palladium Shopping Mall and Old City Center. All touristic location to Hotel by taxi around 60-70 CZK. Walking distance to Old City 15 minutes. Hotel breakfast very good and rich. Staffs are very friendly. Hotel room clean and bed very comfortable.

Nice but nothing special”
The hotel was boutique as he had a very individual feel, it was clean and tidy and the staff were ok. We had to queue on both arrival and check out as there was only one check in desk and they didnt even really say sorry for the wait. The room was nice but fairly small and we had booked what we thought was a superior room. I dont think it was, it was pretty standard. If you like cool furniture, lighting etc then this is a good hotel. Its a little bit out of the centre on a very quiet street so its a little walk to Namesto Republicy but thats ok. Breakfast was ok, not much choice on the hot food side. Anyway not bad for the price. I wanted a massage but was told the relax zone is shut Mondays so as we were there only one night that stopped that!

Friendly helpful staff”
The hotel was ideal for us, not too far from Old Town. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and varied. The only small criticism we had that the bath was quite slippery and you had to be careful getting in and out. Lovely stay. 😍😍

The location of this hotel not in the centre of the city, if we go to the attractions just walk 15 mins to the old town,5 mins to the tram & Metro stations,the price of the rent were valuable. the location of the hotel also close to the river,you can walk beside to river to explore this city ,that was so beautiful

Exceptional”
The hotel is off the popular areas but near enough to walk to. Trams are easily accessible so no problem. New and clean and good breakfast. things to improve are better pillows; shelves/racks/hooks to hang towels, clothes;and when you shower there is no enclosure so everything gets wet..
