the room with fan was quite nice but the bed was really hard and unconfortable and the toilet very hot because without a little windows. 20 meter out of the guesthouse there is the cheapest restaurant with thai food in the Island..because the island is quite expensive so the best place where to eat original and easy thai food is 20 meter on the right of the guesthouse. you can rent a motorcycle from the guesthouse and it's better than rent one from a shop because here are more convenient.

Clean room and welcoming host”

My husband and I stayed in a triple room (doubles were not available) and we paid e60/ night. Room was clean, AC quiet, there was a small balcony. Location - 15min walk to the beach and 5min to the main street with shops. The only inconvenience was noise (apologies but not sure about the source, sounded like radio broadcast. It wasn't played from the hotel but in the area) it lasted around 2 hours in the evening and 2 hours in early morning. Evening wasn't that problematic but morning on a New Year's day after having a party it would be nice to have a snooze - noise prevented it.

Clean room, new looking guesthouse, room gets cleaned when asked. Staff is ok. Location between beach and port. The only improvement could be to place a closet in the room and something to hang the towels in the room.

The hotel is overrated. The rooms were stuffy, there were tons of mosquitoes and hard to sleep due to bedbugs or the like. The staff would say hello to you, but not much more. They don't seem to care too much about their guests. Nothing to write home about. There are many other options in the island for the same price.

It was fine for my first day in Koh samet but I wouldn't want to stay long term. Pros- cheap, quiet, friendly staff Cons - the toilet (words cannot describe), the location, wifi

Nice place”

It was nice. Fan room on 3rd floor can be a bit more hot than I like but still ok. Make sure to get the wifi for 3rd floor as it is different from down stairs. If you have any issues with towel changes or room cleaning just talk to staff. They will accommodate you right a way.

At the begging the internet works fine but the second day it doesn't, we needed to go to the first floor and we were staying at the third floor. For the price we could get a better one, around the block we found a cheaper one and better

The room has not a chair to put your stuff but it as a big refrigerator, the bathroom is basic but the ventillation is not enough powerfull, it was ok anyway. Use a beach towel to cover window because curtain was too thin to make dark in room.

Lady owner was lovely but location wasnt great. better to be by the beach. Worst thing was that all the running water was brown and smelt bad. not ok

It was not worth de money. There are many cheaper questhouses that provide more comfort. I slept here to days en my back hurts because the matras was as hard as lying on the floor

Nous avons été logés dans la chambre 18 où l'odeur intenable et nauséabonde de l'égout des douches à failli nous gazer! Nous avons réussi à dormir en mettant le ventilateur en direction de la porte de la salle de bain qui ne fermait pas! Le lendemain, j'avais une douleur dans les poumons, je suis allé me plaindre à la direction qui n'a même pas vérifiée mes dires. Ils savaient parfaitement l'État insalubre de cette chambre et nous ont changé de chambre pour une avec A/C pour le même prix. Cette Guesthouse ne respecte pas la condition humaine, à tout prix il faut rentabiliser!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, auch wenn die Englischkenntnisse thailandüblich begrenzt sind. Man kann die Gemeinschaftsküche und Waschmaschine benutzen. Ob allerdings eine massive Styroporblockmatratze jedermanns Geschmack ist kann nicht beurteilt werden. Das Zimmer ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet aber ich persönlich finde das schön so. TV-Programme alle in Thai; man ist ja nicht zum Fernsehen da. Für mich war es unproblematisch dass keine Klima-Anlage sondern ein Ventilator zur Verfügung stand. Moskitos hatte ich tatsächlich KEINE im Zimmer. Das fand ich natürlich super. Weshalb meine Beine am Orgen dennoch kleine Stiche hatten, vermag ich nicht zu erklären. Für diesen Preis gibt es woanders auch Zimmer mit Klima-Anlage. Hab mich hier aber so wohl gefühlt dass aus den 4 Tagen 10 wurden. Freundlicherweise hab ich trotz inselüblichem Feiertagsaufschlag den gleichen unerhöhten Preis gewährt bekommen.

Molto gentili i proprietari, pulito, stanza grande con bagno, grande terrazza per stendere, ottima posizione. Wifi solo alla reception e non in camera.

オフシーズンの1泊でした。窓のない部屋で圧迫感を感じましたが、虫が入ってこないのでかえってよかったです。また、メインの通りから少し奥まった場所で、かつ窓のない部屋なので、静かで安眠できました。設備は平凡です。フロントにはほぼ常時、係の女性(たち)がまったり過ごしていて、チェックインやチェックアウトで待たされませんでした。デポジットも不要でした。とにかく平凡ですが欠点もなく、悪くないです。なお場所ですがバンラックやスマイルサメットの並びです。地図上の間違いをアゴダに報告しておきましたが、直っていない場合はご注意ください。
