*Check in time is 14.00 PM right..?they are not ready at that time btw. *I stay fot two days but staff doesn't qsk about what I need such as cleaning room, additional coffe or other untill I tell them. But it still need long time, I tell them about 1 PM then they do about 3 PM *My Friend abd I dn't get enough body wash btw, they just give 1 tube 😂 *honestly they have good property, but their staff not support...

The room is nice and the price is fair. However, the check in takes a long time and some staff are really not friendly. I was asked to pay 6k to use a spoon. Even though the pool is not deep at all, you can not see to the bottom. It is very dirty and not inviting. There is a 500k deposit which is in no relation to the room price.

Worst customer service, weak business operational activities and poor room condition”

1. Dirty entrance floor and door. 2. Non proactive, inefficient and unhelpful registration 3 staff counter. We arrived at 1pm and informed we had made full payment booking two weeks earlier and they simply said the booking was unavailable after failed to search our booking name. They did not bother to ask for booking number or any details. 3. Waited at lobby area with none air conditioner switched on except on the registration counter only. We waited for an hour just to be surprised with stained linen, disgusting toilet bowl, broken door lock, torn towel, falling dirt from bathroom vent and dirty tray. Oh, not to forget, 1 toothbrush and 1 sachet of Nescafe for 2 guests. 4. Few minutes after checking in, the electricity was cut off. TV glitches every 1 minute or less! After midnight the WIFI was unavailable. None of the staff told us the password changes entering new week. The only thing that did not deceive us was the air conditioner. 5. Ridiculous deposit of IDR 500k.
