Good choice for family with kids ”
We stayed 3 nights at this hotel, family of 5 peoples . First night we booked two rooms at level 4, however noted at Room 418, there was big ants on the floor and flies on the bed. My husband moved to stay with us at room 417. We are disappointed and highlighted to the stuff to give us a clean room. 2nd and 3rd night, we had very clean room at room 103. It is very accessible to beach and yummy Food surrounding. Over all good facility and nice staff. My three kids enjoy the following days. Thank you.

We have in place a strong pest control system, but sometimes it happens that ants enter our rooms. I have personally coordinated with our pest control to take care of this issue. Loved walking into the room on our arrival.... it was outstanding. We booked the Impressive lagoon access and it lived up to its name. Staff can’t do enough for you. Location on the beach is divine. Happy hour is the best in Sanur. A short still to the right of the resort is a bunch of cool Beachfront Restaurants

Cozy hotel for family vacation”
I went to Maya Hotel with my family and had a great experience. The staffs were so friendly; they gave me a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast. Also, they prepare a special surprise for my youngest son. The room is so big and clean. The food selections are pretty varied, but the taste is just so-so for me. But don't worry, there are many delicious restaurants near Maya Hotel, from Chinese to Italian/Western. My conclusion, I will come and bring my family to this hotel again one day.

Fabulous Value for Money with Agoda’s great rates!”
Wonderful front desk team who listened to our room requests and granted our wish. Our Nest room and peaceful tree house lookout couldn’t have been better. Large and functional, quiet and perfect for sleep quality, a fantastic bathroom and relaxing day bed on the balcony. The complimentary 15 minute massage and the delicious Indonesian style afternoon tea were just the icing on the cake. So special to sit watching the passing parade and enjoying the sea view at afternoon tea each day. Staff were excellent in ensuring Gluten Free food options. Good location with easy walking in either direction to shops and other restaurants. We would recommend.

Wow what a lovely resort! My partner and I had a reservation for 5 nights and extended our stay with another 7 nights. We staid at many luxurious resorts in Asia and Maya resort is our favourite! The room is very spacious, clean and very comfortable. It’s great that there are two sinks in the bathroom. The staff from all the different areas in the resort is great and they offer the best service with a smile. The complimentary afternoon tea, yoga classes and bikes are great too! Spectacular resort with direct access to the beach”
Maya Sanur was one of the best resorts I ever stayed in Bali. It has beautiful architecture design, super comfortable room, and delicious breakfast. The resort has direct access to the beach and sea with beautiful clear blue water. Sunrise view from the beach was great, and they have a spot in rooftop to enjoy sunset view. Location is strategic. Everything I needed was within walking distance. So much convenience.

Kids friendly and very good hotel”
The room is spacious enough for ours, 3 adult and 1 child. They already prepared the sofa bed before our arrival. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The bathroom is big and clean. The breakfast is very delicious with so many choices. We are very satisfied.

My friends and I loved our stay here! If we were to visit again, we'd definitely upgrade to one of the rooms with a private pool. The room was absolutely beautiful, the breakfast buffet, room service and drinks were amazing, and all the staff were so lovely. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Resort Right On The Beach”
Beautiful resort with easy access to Sanur Beach for both swimming or that early morning or afternoon walk. Stunning rooms, beautifully designed and maintained. Staff are attentive, friendly and there to assist with any request. Breakfast Buffet is full of tasty treats. Street access to Sanur with stores, and restaurants all within easy access of the hotel. Gym access and Spa are truly worth a visit. One of the best hotels along the beach area. Highly recommended.

Value-for-money beachfront property”
We liked our stay at Maya Sanur. The staff was helpful and polite. Their spa massage was very good. Breakfast options were reasonable. We had come to celebrate my birthday, so were a little disappointed when the hotel did not entertain our request for either early checkin or late checkout. But overall, it was a pleasant stay. We will remember our memories of sitting comfortably facing the beachfront with our coconuts, and a light breeze in the day :)

Loved our private pool suite ”
When we arrived late at night from Sydney, we were welcomed by reception with a private pool upgrade and 15 mins each complimentary spa treatment. Wow!! Our room was quiet and we used our pool every day. Breakfast was also included and the location and food was delicious. We also really enjoyed happy hour at the Tree Bar every evening just gazing out to sea. I'd highly recommend Maya Resort Sanur.

My friend recommended me this hotel, and i was impressed The room was spacious and neat. Love the modern and sophisticated design. The minute i entered the bathroom, i felt like a royalty. The only thing i didn't love was the fragrance of the bathsoap, i think it smelled like apel cider The restaurant didn't fail me, love the foods, the chocolate mousse was divine All the pools was beautiful, especially the infinity pool See u in my next trip to Sanur

We were very fortunate to find availability in one.of the Impressive Lagoon Suites. Can't say enough about the hotel, the lagoon pool and the restaurant. We also enjoyed the Tree Bar, and sitting in the oceanfront swing.

The staff is beyond wonderful. They knew our names, preferences, even favorite juice and fruits. The property is meticulously maintained, swimming pools have crystal clear water that doesn't sting the eyes. Room was excellent, housekeeping was thorough and you can see their hygiene & maintenance standard is still very high even during the pandemic low occupancy slump. They do care and want you to feel at home in Maya. Will definitely stay there again next time in Bali! ❤️🙌
