Since it is my first time being abroad, quite difficult for me to choose a hotel. The service here is really good, had help me a lot during my trip in Laguna. The price is acceptable since it is a budget hotel, and the room is, just like the "Home Inn" hotel in China, a place for you to stay for the night. The location is, good for it is near the SM CITY; not so good for it is near the roadside, too noisy.

i love this place it is exactly what it says,its a budget hotel very clean and surprisingly very quiet at night also,staffs great always smiling and saying whats up and will always try to help you solve a problem quickly,they clean the room everyday and always looks good.cant beat this place baby

Like other reviews, this hotel is probably not for families or with small children. Basically a short time hotel for lovers. When I arrived the first question the staff ask me was for how many hours.

My stay was very enjoyable. The rooms are a good size, the staff are very very polite and very friendly with good english and always very happy to be helpful.The location was very good for me, just a short 5 minute walk to the SM and next door to a nice little restaurant / bar and also Robinson Mall.

Hourly Rate”
I want to say sketch but my stay would do. I wish I knew I could of paid for an hourly rate like dozens of others took 3 hour rate for a measley price. The 24 Hour rate is not worth it for me since I had no choice since I booked on agoda and I merely stayed 12 hours. There were random fire alarms because people were smoking and we got paranoid from all the noises but it was overall a good stay.

A basic budget hotel, reasonable for the price”
I wanted a cheap hotel near to Binan so this is what I got. Here it met all basic needs, but was noisy (being next to highway), with a leaking bathroom. I don't think they clean rooms daily. No internet. The staff, like most Filipino hotels, are very friendly. You get what you pay for - next time I'll pay more for a better grade of hotel.

Maybe good stay for couple ONLY but NOT with kids!”
Truly I wished to back out from our stay at that hotel right at the moment that I learned it caters to "short time" stay for lovers! Indeed I wish I can have a full refund from Agoda of what I paid on-line! 'Twas a family trip with my wife, my teenage daughter and a grandson who asked what are those "raised doors" on the ground level!!! I answered that's for parking whatever they wanted to park inside! Whew!

Would never recommend this”
In the first night we got a room for smoker. After complaining about that the next day, we got a non smoker room. Unfortunately internet connection didn't work there. They tried to fix that, but unfortunately after that nothing worked at all. No internet connection for almost a week. That's terrible. Even we ask a few times for a room service (new towels, change the bed linen, empty the waste bin), nothing happened within a whole week. That's out of any question. The beds are covered with synthetic leather, so you will sweat even with the (very loud) air condition. You can imagine how the bed linen feels after using it for a week. Don't you? The staff didn't recognize that they drive a "hotel" and how this should be done. Once I woke up at 1:30 am, because the music in the lobby was so loud. (Like they would have a party there). This is totally terrible. All in all, I would never reccomend that accommodation. Maybe just for those who want to stay there for just one or two nights.

I booked this hotel thu agoda,i thought it was.a busineds hotel.the staff told us that.they also rent out the.room per.hour for lovers.i could not back out since.i.already paid agoda in full.anyway.its only for 1night and its near my business meeting. I hope agoda should label their hotels from motels.the mariposa.staff is very helpfull and nice.

defective comfort room.. substandard and obsolete facilities. no cable, obsolete tv is not functioning well. air conditioner is very noisy. personnel and staff are so noisy, in the corridors and parking area. the room is so tiny. uncomfortable to move around. we stayed for 4 agonizing days... we cannot back out anymore because we were already paid. the only good thing about this hotel is the location. it is not a hotel, it is a motel!

I could not wait to get out of there, but it was one of the better ones in the area. It was a short time hotel and predominantly rented rooms by the hour up to 6 hours. They were surprised i needed to stay 4 days !!. Basic rooms with vinyl mattress and pillows, up class and you get a real pillow, not recommended for longer stays, close to the highway and noisey

Beware this is a bad hotel ”
This hotel is very dirty and the staff and management do not care. The CR was disgusting and sheets and pillow cases were old threads. The air con is ineffective. Many of the reviews here make similar complaints. Beware of this place.

No facilities for hanging clothes. Room is not cleaned unless you specifically request and wait to make sure it is done. No shelving or anywhere in bathroom to place toiletries. Water pressure is minimal and drainage appalling.
