Great Resort ”
We stayed here for 3 nights. Our room was the Superior room with balcony. Great view. Clean room. Aircon worked great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had dinner on the beach and enjoyed the fire show. I recommend this resort. If you go, tell them you read Mike Mady’s review. You won’t be disappointed.

The room is good, clean and comfortable. But the view is super bad (we can see only the wall and buildings #508) even though I requested good view for my anniversary trip. I got a table at white box restaurant as requested but there are some miscommunication among your team and make me confused a bit, but it’s ok. The experience at White box is fantastic if don’t mind about food took quite long time to be serve, food discrepancy and billing discrepancy, anyway staff are well manner after all. The pool tile are broken and very dangerous, need urgently action on it. The breakfast is nice.

The staffs are helpful and friendly even there are some loudness from family with young children that always use the children pool. The restaurant in the front beach is super awesome. Foods are cheaper than normal resort’s restaurant and very delicious. We are so happy to be there :) thank you
