A good hotel with nice local breakfast for guests, and the owner is super friendly and helpful. Room is clean. I booked a room with Fan but not even using the fan during the stay. It's quite cold at night. Hotel location is also good, it's not very crowd and not far from the tea market and restaurant area. Highly recommended !
