    25 minutes’ drive from Lovina Beach and still retaining the shape of a colonial Dutch house from 1938, Made Oka Homestay and Warung is a family-run accommodation which nestles on the mountainous areas of Munduk and provides free on-site parking. Rooms at Made Oka Homestay and Warung have a private terrace with seating area overlooking the gardens and are fitted with a desk. The en suite bathroom has shower facilities. Made Oka Homestay and Warung is a 45-minute drive to Bedugul Botanical Gardens and is a 3-hour drive to Ngurah Rai International Airport. Guests can arrange airport transfers and shuttle services through the staff at the property. Internet can be accessed in public areas using a modem provided by the homestay. Made Oka Restaurant serves Indonesian and western courses at the homestay. Parties and events can also be arranged at the restaurant.

    Best views ever!”

    Excellent hotel. We had the most stunning mountain view from our room. Made was very nice and accommodating. She made us lots of delicious food. Can walk from here to 4 different waterfalls. Highly recommend staying here!

    Lovely homestay with beautiful view! ”

    I enjoyed my stay at Made Oka. The room was comfortable the view was beautiful. A private balcony was very nice & the on-site restaurant convenient. Staff were very helpful & welcoming & they arranged a fun motorbike tour with a lovely local driver. The only negative was ants in the room. Overall I highly recommend…the Munduk waterfall’s are stunning!

    Wonderful location”

    It's managed by a kind local family and its strength of the place is in the location; room and restaurant have amazing sunrise view over the volcanoes. The room isn't equipped with fan or ac, but you are not going to need them because it's fresh at night; it's also so quiet, no noise at all, I could sleep like a log. The bathroom has hot water. Food served at restaurent is homy and tasty; I regret the breakfast choice which was a bit too basic (toast, margarine, few slices of fruit and choice of pancake/eggs). It's close to waterfalls trails and short drive from the twin lakes.

    Beautiful view, very friendly staff and good warung”

    This homestay has the most AMAZING view. You can lay in bed looking out at the mountains and it is just breath taking. Owner is very friendly og helpful and we felt at home right away. Warung was so delicious. Would def come back!

    Amazing View from Balcony!”

    The last time to check in supposed to be at 8pm. However, the staffs were waiting for us till we arrived at 9:30 pm. Breakfast was decent and tasty. The view was breathtaking both from our own balcony and from the warung (restaurant). Will prolong our stay if only we have more time.

    Balcony room, nice breakfast, yummy ribs!”

    We had one of the balcony rooms. Pros: Almost 180degree view. Wonderful. Comfy bed, spacious room Decent breakfast (pancakes, fruit, Bali coffee) Cons: Considering the price, (& with the understanding that we were at a higher altitude) the hot shower was almost a trickle. Balcony: The balcony is not bordered by a wall but bamboo. This means although you can't fully see your neighbours, you can certainly hear them! (Noisy neighbours are not the fault of the property though, and I guess it depends on who your neighbours are. We had noisy neighbours who chattered loudly & smoked & increased their volume even more when skyping people..from the balcony. Seriously, there are some dooshbags about... All in all, if you're after a quiet, private walled-balcony kind of stay then you may find something elsewhere. Otherwise, if you're easy (& not as picky as us when it comes to sharing spaces with other western humans) then this is a good, well-run choice.

    Lovely place”

    Very nice and friendly staff. So helpful when we need advices about the town and transportation to Denpasar. Awesome view on rice fields. Please go for the room with small balcony with view. It's worthy ! Beds are comfortable, the room is big. Breakfast is perfect. They even prepared one for us when we had to leave at 5am ! They are awesome. Perfect place for lunch and dinner. Only the wifi is a bit weak. Recommend at 200% this place.

    Simple, Clean, Great View, Great Food”

    Rooms are simple but clean. Great view from the balcony. Staff was nice and helpful. Walking distance to the waterfall hikes. Restaurant is the best in the area. Wish we ate here twice instead of trying somewhere else.

    great stuff”

    the people have really helped us out as we had major issues with the car. Accommodation not so nice, especiely in rainy season; smells of dump. The rooms could do with refreshing.

    be careful the standart room is overpriced, since there is no hot water, no wifi and it is facing the noisy main road. very kind staff. the more expensive rooms are nice.

    Spectacular views”

    We enjoyed our stay here and the little Warung attached was a delight. The room is very small but the bonus was that it had a balcony which was lovely to sit out on and listen to what was going on. The views were amazing

    Great for Munduk trip”

    The staff is very nice and there is a great English-speaking young woman. Good breakfast with local coffee. The view from the room and cafe is stunning during night and day!! The trekking routes are nearby. Also you can buy local spices, cacao and spices nearby. Nice cafes are at the walking distance. The hotel is awesome for value for money. Also the hotel rented us a good vario bike and we visited waterfalls nearby! Thank you Made Oka! :)
