2 Nights @ Alcove Room”
Cosy stay though room is a bit smaller than what was imagined from pictures, space is enough for 2 pax. Love the architect of the room design, and lovely white clothed lamps by the bed so pretty, and the tall ceiling. Oh yes, the sink right in front of the bed was very convenient and the tap water serves drinkable water. You can connect to the TV via screen mirroring and that was the best, cos we spent our time in there watching the squid game. Though there were problems here and there trying to connect, and sometimes there will be disruption where it just disconnected us and we had to reconnect again.. takes some patience and my guy was kinda irritated by it haha. Overall, we had a good 2 night stay and find that the price is worth. Maybe what can be improved is the checking in. Appointed time for check-in is 3pm but we waited till almost 4pm and when approached staff, room was just ready and there were long queues. Felt that maybe need more housekeeping staff to quicken check in process if not change the check in timing to 4 or 5pm at least, because when you state it as 3pm we would think that we can actually enter at that timing. So yea, check in timing should be dealt with and improved. Thanks for the comfortable stay and service still!

Beyond expectations”
I am booked in for a three week stay and was dubious if the nicely polished pictures were true to form .My initial concerns were cleanliness and comfort of the bed but it’s gone beyond my expectations. It’s amazing value for money. Very clean and tidy. Practical space and ultra comfortable bed/pillows. Great location with lots of coffee places, chill out bars and restaurants all practically on the door step. I would without a doubt recommend this establishment to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay.

Nearby to Great World City mall that's well equiped with necessities. Not too far away from clarke quay and town area as well. Had a great stay, room was comfortable and just nice for a couple.

Cozy Place & Nice Location ”
We are couple with 5yo kids and stay in Alcove Room for 5 days. We have great time at M Social, nice location, easy to go anywhere especially Clarke Quay and walk to Fulerton/ Raffles/ Merlion. The breakfast was good on Beast & Butterfly and the night ambiance in the surrounding also nice.

One of the best hotel I have stayed so far”
Staff were really friendly and suppose to check in at 3pm but I was there early so they let me check in early and staff were really friendly! The loft was so clean as my skin is sensitive therefore if it's dirty my skin will turn red but turns out all good will definitely go back again!

Stayed at M Social for 4 nights. I arrived at 10am on the first stat just expecting to leave my bags and go off for the day but at check-in my room was ready! Check-in/out was quick and staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked a few questions about getting to the zoo and they pointed me towards the bus stop and use of the Grab app. Rooms were really clean, and had good amenities! Now the biggest room but for a short break there is good room for 2 people. Complimentary bottled water replaced daily. I stayed on the 10th floor and it was really quiet. Nice view of the city from the large windows. Breakfast was lovely, buffet style with a variety of food on offer - I believe it was SGD $25 so about £13. Worth it if you are a breakfast eater and get your money worth! Would definitely start again.

Had my henna night there. And i really love the rooms. All staff was friendly and polite. Rooms was clean. Air con was fine. Not that spacious but it is what it is. You get what you book. Just love the design . The bed...omg so nice and comfy. Also had my make up done there before i head off to my wedding venue.

Exceptional”
Everything is good. Love the loft idea. Love the location which is along the river with lots of cafes and restaurant. The downside is the bed which is small and the pillows which is square in shape making my sleep a little uncomfortable. The room is clean but guess the curtains and blinds might need some cleaning or dusting as my eyes kinda irritates from the dust in the room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Great Location , great breakfast”
Good hotel with great location, just a stroll behind the breakfast cafe is the happening street of nightlife cafes and restaurants. It's also next to the walk path to the other side of Clarke Quay, which is another 10mins away. Breakfast spread is good too. Rooms can be too small for comfort but that's ok if you're not spending all the time in the room.

Wonderful Quiet Retreat!”
Had a great couple of days' stay at M Social! Although the Alcove Room was small as expected, I found it rather well-appointed, probably only missing a bidet (still more convenient even though the WC was just next to the shower) and perhaps a floor lamp at the far end of the room to boost and balance out the lighting. Amenities wise, I loved both the pool and gym. The pool was long and very swimmable, I was able to do proper laps. The gym while not huge, had the right equipment which also looked relatively new; music was cute. Perhaps a nitpick would be a little more upkeep of the pool area. Throughout my stay, the loungers and umbrellas seemed to be just left to the elements, 1 or 2 umbrellas looked a little precarious. Front desk could be a tad warmer and friendlier but I guess it’s difficult to keep up in view of the high turnovers from single-night staycations, so special compliments to Anna who really stood out! Overall, I had a quiet, comfortable and restful stay at M Social and would highly recommend it. The hotel is also perfectly located, surrounded by a plethora of F&B options and plenty of watering holes. Great World City mall is also just a stone’s throw away, a lovely 10-minute walk along the riverside and across Kim Seng Park which is popular among residents in the area so you get to experience the community.

2D1N Staycation”
Had a 2 day 1 night staycation with my boyfriend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although the check in time is 2pm, we managed to checked in around 1.30pm. We stayed in the loft premier room and it is cosy, we can also connect our phone to the TV through chromecast to watch netflix and youtube. Due to Covid, maximum capacity for the pool is 20 pax to ensure no overcrowding. Great service from the lobby staff, pool staff, and cleaners. Overall, awesome staycation!

Our stay comes with breakfast, it was super good if you prefer western style. Having breakfast in the early morning by the river during rainy season is the best experience you will ever had during monsoon season

Lovely Staycation For Couple”
My 2nd stay at M Social. Nice quiet hotel for weekend staycation for couple. Stayed in their Alcove Room on 9th floor, lovely view of the Singapore River. Room is compact but cozy. Love the "industrial" deco, using lots of stainless steel, bare cement walls and ceiling. Room is like in an attic. Breakfast was good. Have you seen a Robot frying omellet eggs? Do stay at M Social to see it.

Great stay, beautiful room”
Really enjoyed my stay over at the hotel. The room is very beautiful and it felt clean and comfortable. Not a wide breakfast menu but food was good, ala-crate buffet. Restaurant staff very friendly and pro-active. Only had a small issue with check-in timing. My room was only ready at 5pm which is quite late. However, I was given a room upgrade. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay here. Definitely will book this hotel again.
