A beautiful, peaceful, relaxing place on Lake Toba.
We came here 15 years ago and, unlike most places we return to, still love it.
Very lush and peaceful setting.

Where fo I even start🤢”
Oh my where do I start… let’s go through the things the room doesn’t have: -no wifi -NO SOCKETS(yes correct. 21st century and no sockets in the room) -no sheet to cover myself. It was cold in the night so I was sleeping in my hoodie and my own little blanket -no towel -no toilet paper -no hot water in the shower Now, let’s take a look at what it had +holes in the door and walls +because of this, mosquitoes in the room +dirt everywhere +holes in the mosquito net. Also I was supposed to get a room with lake view- no view at all. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place!

I had a bungalow. And it was so dirty, that I couldn’t stay there. I immediately looked for another hotel. The mosquito net had very big holes and the windows were wide open. The bungalow was full of mosquitoes.

Viele viele Pflanzen und einige großen Bäume kreisen um das Homestay herum. Schöne Atmosphäre! Und von meinem Schlafzimmer konnte ich den Toba See sehen. 👍👍👍

Zimmer ist sehr gross und sauber, inkl. Badezimmer. Bequemes Bett, Moskitonetz vorhanden. Lage ist super, nahe beim Pier für die Fähre. Ruhig und nur wenige Schritte zum See, wo man wunderbar schwimmen kann. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sprechen Englisch. Essen ausgezeichnet! Es war überhaupt kein Problem meinen Aufenthalt zu verlängern.

Tiap kamarnya berbeda beda tak ada yg sama sangat unik. Lingkungan penuh dengan pepohonan sangat asri dan sejuk. Kamar agak jauh dari danau tp tidak masalah malah lebih aman krn kami membawa balita. Disana ada bang Sitepu yg sangat ramah siap membantu apapun masalahmu. Mencari jualan makanan juga banyak disekitar. Bila kamu cari penginapan yg memberi ketenangan, inilah tempatnya!

Tempatnya nyaman, bangunannya bener2 masih asli seperti rumah adat Batak. Konsepnya rumah warga lokal, buat betah karna suasana baru. Pekerjanya ramah, lingkungan bersih, dekat dengan danau, banyak pohon rindang, dekat dengan pelabuhan. Nyaman deh.
