Simply the best! ”
We loved this hotel and would book again in an heartbeat. Everything was thought of and the staff absolutely made this the best place we have stayed at in Bali. We were made to feel so welcome and Febi was our first point of contact. She was amazing and is such a valuable asset to this hotel. All of the staff deserve a mention, though, as they all greeted us by name and helped us with all sorts of things. The room and amenities were spot on and we felt like we could have lived there for quite some time. Our room was serviced twice a day. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Some days we didn’t leave the place as it offered everything on site. Don’t hesitate to book here you will love it!

Lovely stays in Ubub”
My family had beautiful days in Komaneka at Bisma, Ubub. My two adolescent daughters loved to join in complimentary but authentic yoga sessions. We had wonderful afternoon teas while we we’re staying there. The two bedroom pool villa was so wonderful in every ways! I liked to swim every morning and night at the beautiful pool in our private villa as well as the world best main pool. We are staying in other areas in Bali but we miss our lovely wonderland, Komaneka at Bisma. My best pic there is every thoughtful staff we met there!

An Oasis”
Simple said is when you are entering the lobby of accommodation, you will directly know if your stay will be good or not. And the lobby of Komaneka at Bisma, the warm welcome sets the whole experience during my five-night stay. The room was spacious, and every time we left for dinner, the staff knew; they cleaned the room, tidied up the bed, placed the slippers and made the bed ready for us to sleep in. At the restaurant, they even bring a low table to put your handbag on. During the check-in process, the front office staff asked about your allergies, and you don't need to repeat it to any team, including the restaurant. All safe. Best location, friendly hoteliers”
The location is superb, its on the heart of Ubud, close proximity to Ubud Palace, Monkey Forest, Art Market and so many famous restos and cafes. The house keeping is 11/10 :) they clean the room twice daily, change the sheets and towels, give us free fruits, cookies and bottled water.. we also entitle to have afternoon tea which I rarely find in other hotel.. the hospitality is way beyond we expected, best attitude and always willing to help/caters guests requests Things that could be improved is public area cleanliness.. I saw so many falling dried leaves on outdoor stairs heading to the pool.. and also during last stay all of us felt itchy at bed, not sure is it because of the sheets or pool water.. breakfast is okay, but some menu need to be improved Overall, we had a pleasant stay here and can tell Komaneka deserves the good rating

Beautiful Views & Amazing Staff”
Komaneka at Bisma is the one to choose! It is located within Ubud, but in a less busy area that makes it so quiet and peaceful. The 1 Br villa is beautiful and has stunning views. Staff is so kind and welcoming and they take care of you. I love how they are always reminding you of the various things you may have booked with them, and following up with what you’d like to order. Very hospitable, clean and nice. Recommend for sure.

Somewhere over the rice fields ”
A weeks stay in Ubud, Bali was totally transformed by the quiet retreat of Komaneka at Bisma Hotel. While Ubud has become totally overcrowded with cars, motorcycles and tourists… this hotel sits at the end of Bisma Street…. A less traveled road then the main streets. It is a newish hotel with a lovely, helpful and friendly staff. The room was very large. It had two main areas, bedroom and living space with comfortable beds. The adjoining bathroom featured a gigantic tub, separate glass enclosed shower area and a small toilet. The large main closet was also located here. The real winner was the balcony…. Big couch, a swinging seat and table for for overlooked the most beautiful rice terraces…something Bali is famous for. One could spend hours on this balcony! Breakfast was included and the tables overlooked the same rice paddy! The selections for breakfast included Western as well as Balinese cuisine. There were enough choices for something new almost each of the seven days. This was a place for more personal interactions with the staff who shined! There is a large infinity pool and a spa section on the grounds. All clean and lovely. One could also eat dinner at their restaurant but there are so many choices in Ubud we went out to eat… I highly recommend this hotel and will return!

Amazing hotel with amazing staff! ”
Loved my 3-day stay at Komaneka at Bisma, and will definitely come back to stay again or try the other Komaneka hotels. Stayed in the Suite. The view was amazing, room was big, clean, and beautifully designed. Housekeeping service was amazing and would pack my room everytime I left the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, personable, and helpful. Location was good as well, with plenty of great restaurants and nice stores to explore in the nearby streets.

We`d stayed here before, some 8yo, & were a little apprehensive as to what we would find now. Talking to the staff, the owners kept the place open, & kept the maintenance up, so the place still locked fresh. Very impressed, & still breathtaking. The staff, like everywhere in Bali, are amazing. Always happy & helpful. The place was as great as we remembered. And with our package including two meals a day, & afternoon tea, great value. Jalan Bisma is now a hive of activity, with most places beginning to open & a lot more venues around the area. The area was busy, but not to the point of overwhelming. Our only real criticism, & this may be due to staff issues, was the minimal menu. We ate at other local hotels there who provided a much bigger selection. But, all things considered, I`d stay there again.

Staff service was excellent. Free transport by hotel to the Main Street. Breakfast is amazing with many choices and are good super delicious. Pool is great with excellent view. Hotel room is clean and spacious!

Oasis among the Ubud madness”
We stayed here for the last six nights in a one brm pool villa, which was an incredible space. Beautiful large private pool fronted by forest on the other side and adjoining sun deck and undercover daybed. Big firm bedding, two separate basin and robe areas, indoor and outdoor showers, deep bath and lots of space. The main dining and pool areas are delightful, main pool is huge and the whole property is very tastefully designed and decorated. Staff were all extremely hospitable and warm. Food was mostly excellent. Four shuttles to Ubud highlights each day but a fairly easy 10-12min walk to the Main Street. Completely tranquil. Not sure we would pay the rack rate but we secured a super rate so it was brilliant value.

Only spent 2 nights but loved it. Accommodations were fabulous and the staff was incredibly attentive. Yes. Costs more than many others around but exudes 5 star rating and 10/10 in satisfaction.

First time visit, it was on February, 2020 just before COVID19 with my wife and daughter. It was very good: relax and quiet. Also very kind of staff which has made me visit again continuously. Best nature view in central location ”
We stayed in Family duplex villa 104, the 2 bedrooms are ensuite. Upper bedroom is huge with full window with great forest view. The bathroom is open without door, toilet room separated. Downstairs bedroom also serves as living area, full window looking out to the villa pool. Bathroom is shut by curtains. Downside of the rooms - sheet for all beds and pillows are old , a fresh one would’ve been nice - electricity outlets are not that many - the open bathrooms are to be considered if appropriate for your group Great things - the view are SPECTACULAR. We are on the hill with 180’ degree view to the forest and down to small river. Birds and squirrels are frequently seen, if you love nature. - staffs are 5 stars - breakfast is great in quality - with the view , the hotel is only a decent walk to centre road where all the shops located - pool view is to die for

We really enjoyed our stay at Komaneka at Bisma. The rooms are very modern and the layout is great with plenty of space. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was also really nice. The location is amazing, there are so many nice places to eat and different shops along Bisma Street. We would definitely like to stay here again when we return to Ubud in the future.

The best hotel that I have every stayed”
The view from the hotel room was amazing. Put on my Yoga music on via Spotify and looking over the jungle view from your balcony. The most relaxing experience ever. The staff cares about you and everybody remembers your name like the family. They clean up your room 2-3 times a day. They give you a bed time story every night. Breakfast is amazing. Menu changes everyday which I look forward to see new choices every night by looking at the menu a night before. Fresh fruits platters and banana bread are must try.
