It's really great. Let me pick out some good points. 1. It's a great value for money. We stayed in a moderate twin room for about 150,000 won for three nights. The price is reasonable and good. 2. The hotel is very clean. They didn't clean the room or change the towels every day during our three-night stay, but they will do it if you ask. When we asked to change the towels in another room we rented, they did it right away. The room is not very big, but I didn't think it was small because many Japanese hotels are like that. The moderate twin room has two beds and a sofa bed, which is quite spacious and can accommodate one adult. 3. It takes about 6-7 minutes to get to Tsukiji Station and about 12 minutes to Higashi-Ginza Station. The accessibility to the station is good. From Tsukiji Station, it takes only 30 minutes to get to Disney and Shibuya, and also to Ueno. In other words, you can easily travel to Shibuya, Ueno, and Disneyland within 30 minutes by subway. The only downside is that it takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to Narita Airport. Except for this, it was good to use Tsukiji Station to travel around Tokyo. It's also close to the hotel. 4. The breakfast buffet costs 1,500 yen. The breakfast buffet is not very luxurious or diverse, but it's good to start the day full and for travelers who need to walk around a lot. We stayed with three people and half of us had breakfast here, and the other half used a nearby Denny's. The breakfast here was quite good value for money. Conclusion. Highly recommended.

Just Right for the Basics”
FACILITY Convenience is the best description for the hotel. Check in is fast and finished within a few minutes, and for checkout, you can just drop your key card in a booth. The bed, bathroom, and other facilities were clean and comfy. The bed can fit two people (Asian sizes of course). The bathroom is just right that you can move around without hitting anything. There's also an ice machine, laundry area, and a restaurant in the hotel if you need anything. But for eating, I recommend the ramen shop nearby. It's really tasty and worth the money. Area is generally safe and well-lit for solo female travelers. TRAVEL If you plan to travel to different parts of Tokyo by day using the TRAIN, it will be a few walks away from the hotel. But it's completely doable just beware of the rush hour, as many Tokyotites will be rushing in and out of the train and aren't very kind to those who are lost. But if you plan to travel by bus, there's not much walking as the bus stops near the main street. There are also many taxis near the front of the hotel. STAFF Staff aren't very friendly but they're not rude either. They're just there for the job. But if you have hotel requests (example, you want to schedule a taxi for early in the morning or a hotel transportation), they may be difficult. I asked for a taxi for early in the morning to catch my flight, they said they'll schedule one. Come the next day, it never arrived.

I had a wonderful stay at KOKO HOTEL Tsukiji Ginza! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The breakfast was a highlight for me—the menu changes every other day, offering a delicious variety of options to enjoy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walking distance from the famous Tsukiji Market, which was super convenient for exploring the area. One of the best surprises was the spacious room, which is rare to find in Tokyo. It felt like a little oasis to return to after a day of sightseeing.

Great Hotel; just a bit too overpriced for our taste”
As the title suggests, this hotel was amazing. We (7 adults) had no problems whatsoever. The (2) rooms were big and clean, food (breakfast) was delicious (although lacked variety; almost the same menu everyday), and staff knew how to speak English. Also, we didn't request it but they put our rooms in front of each other, unlike some hotels who'd put us in far rooms or even different floors. 4/5 stars for facilities because they had an entertainment room (table tennis and darts) but can only be accessed by speaking to the front desk (why can't it be open all the time?) 4/5 stars for value for money because we really just think its too pricey. Nonetheless, if you can afford it, I will suggest this hotel with full confidence that you will appreciate your stay.

If you love sushi for breakfast and lunch, you’d love staying here because it’s just about 3-5mins walk to Tsukiji market. There’s also a very good ramen shop by the corner that’s open until 3 am. There’s also a Sukiya restaurant across that’s open 24 hours. There are other restaurants and nearby and a Family Mart close by. There’s also a couple of Lawson stores if you’re in the mood to walk a bit further more plus a Takoyaki store with one of the best takoyaki we’ve tried. There are bus stops nearby and Ginza is just about 3 stops away which is very accessible. The rooms are clean and the bathroom too, and you can just get the toiletries and coffee/tea you need right by the lobby. The rooms are a bit cramped but if you want to eat or relax, you can also do so at the 2nd floor lounge where they have a a couple of tables, some couches, a microwave, and a vending machine. You can store your luggage in their lobby or restaurant area if you arrive before check in time or want to go around Tokyo first before heading to the airport after check out time. Staff are helpful and when it suddenly rained, they even lent us a couple of umbrellas. There’s also an ice room and laundry room on the 3rd floor. All in all, it was a pretty good stay if you want to frequent ginza and tsukiji area.
