"We chose this hotel as we were joining a river cruise and this was the meeting point. We got a good deal through Agoda and our check in was handled well. We arrived late in the evening so ordered a light meal from room service which arrived promptly and was very enjoyable. We chose the Wellness breakfast in preference to the buffet as we are both light breakfast eaters. The staff went to great length to explain how to get to the city on the trains -it is a couple of minutes walk to the station. On the day we were to join our cruise my husband became very unwell, the staff organised him on the free shuttle and up to the airport medical centre where he spent most the day on a drip....the hotel liaised between the medical centre and the cruise line keeping everyone up to date and eventually collecting him from the medical centre back to the hotel in time for the last bus to the ship. All i can say is welldone and thankyou for caring. We have travelled often and have never before been afforded such care"

"Stayed here 3 times. The staff are quite inexperienced and not very friendly. They don’t really know how to handle guests and need training. For example, my flight was at 4pm so I asked for a late checkout at 2pm but was not allowed, even though the hotel was completely empty because of covid (only 30 guests out of capacity of 160). That’s just a really silly attitude for an airport hotel. The building is quite new so is very clean. But not always well-designed or built. The bathrooms for example. And there was no hot water in the sink of each room I stayed (all on 3rd floor). The rooms are also missing many things, perhaps because of covid. "

"The cheapest hotel I could find in Zurich, and it didn't disappoint. A quiet location in the suburb, it has McD, Subway and big Migros store nearby. 10 minutes walking from train station, or you could catch a bus for one just stop. conveniently located near the airport, you can even see it from the hotel. airport shuttle is provided free from the airport (5 CHF the reverse way) or you could use the said bus which actually goes to the airport. Staffs are friendly and room OK. I would consider staying in the hotel again next time I visit Zurich."
