    Value for money, clean room, soft bed”

    Nice room with soft bed & linen, good air-con, clean , hot shower but a bit not strong water pressure. Great choice of breakfast & tasty for this budget hotel. Location a bit hard to find but near to Palembang Square in walking distance. Soon they will be a LRT station direct from airport by Aug 2018. Recommended

    Good place for good night sleep. Breakfast is good located on top of the hotel where can see view - sunrise, if your an early person. Actually is walking distance from Palembang Square (opposite), use GPS to be easy.

    The room is clean and spacious. Though located a tad isolated (residential area), it is not that difficult to find the hotel. Quite a walking distance to Palembang Square Mall.

    clean, spacious, just about perfect”

    A hotel with all the good traits I've come to expect of Syariah hotels. It's very clean, well-laid-out, no corner-cutting (overzealous cost-saving) anywhere. I asked for and got a room with an outside window. The sun woke me up early every morning. Wifi was rock-solid. Breakfast was quite good, in the rooftop restaurant with a view over many neighborhoods. The restaurant isn't open most of the time, but guests can hang out up there if they want, and it's lit at night. A hotel I was always glad to come back to.

    This hotel located near Palembang Square, you can literally walk there through residents house. This hotel have 4 floors with stairs, 3 floors for rooms and the top floor is the restaurant. It'll be nicer if it has elevator.

    Lacking...”

    Basic, Free Breakfast, Happy-go-lucky staff

    I have to say, I'm disappointed with my experience in this hotel. When I stay in a basic hotel, I'm supposed to expect at least the basics. So realizing that the hotel did not have a bathroom sink was a rather odd feature of the hotel room. I initially used the toilet water spray as water for my toothbrush. The next day, I just thought I'd use the bottled water. Then I asked for an adapter for my laptop, which apparently, they do not have for some reason. They ended up mutilating my incompatible adapter, which is fine, but the hotel should've had an adapter. The service was novice and lackluster, but I like that the guy that served us was happy-go-lucky. Always smiling. The Hotel had a roof deck, which was nice because we came for the eclipse, but nothing ruins a solar eclipse like having cloudy weather just moments before totality, which isn't the hotel's fault. P.S. I'm still waiting for those solar eclipse photos.
