The exterior of the hotel looks good. There is parking available for guests. Inside, there is a check-in counter where we paid and received our key card. On the 6th floor, there are vending machines for drinks (coin-operated), a free ice machine, utensils, and a microwave. The accommodation is clean and convenient. It is located near a mall/supermarket (Exit 6 of the subway station). The staff comes in every day to clean and change towels. You can choose how you want your room to be cleaned via the TV.
Perfect for Families with Toddlers and Elders”
Stayed in this hotel for 10 days with our toddler and two senior family members (of course in a separate room), and it was a great experience overall. The hotel is extremely clean, which was a big priority for us, and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us, whether it was answering questions or just making us feel at home. One thing to be aware of is that the pantry dining area has strict operating hours, so you'll need to plan your meals around that. While it was a bit inconvenient at times, we appreciated how clean and well-maintained the area always was. There’s no Netflix or other streaming services available in the rooms, so if you rely on that for evening entertainment, you might want to bring your own devices. That being said, after long days exploring Tokyo, we didn’t miss it much—we were too tired! One feature we really appreciated was the coin-operated laundry machines. It was so convenient to do a quick load of laundry when we got back each evening, especially with a toddler in tow. This small touch made a big difference, especially for a longer trip. Overall, the hotel was a great fit for our family. It’s clean, practical, and staffed by some of the nicest people we’ve met in a while. Highly recommend it, especially for families traveling with young kids or seniors.

Great value for money ”
I’ve stayed here before solo, and since Monzennakacho isn’t a major city center the prices of this hotel tend to very reasonable. The room is decently spacious, though most of the amenities are found in the lobby now. The staff are hospitable and can operate in basic English, and the surrounding area has some nice bars and restaurants you can visit without wandering too far. The only nearby station is Monzennakacho, which only services the Oedo and Tozai line, so expect to transfer quite a bit if you’re going around to see the usual Tokyo attractions. It’s decently close to the Asakusa-Ueno area as well as Odaiba. Other areas further out west, prepare to transit a bit longer. The cleaning services need to be selected from a menu on the TV, which in theory is fine but is very easy to forget and sometimes feels slightly cumbersome. There are also only 4 washer/dryer combos in the entire hotel, so expect to wait for someone else to finish and camp out the room if you want to use it. Cleanliness is great and the beds are very comfortable. Solid value for money.

Stayed here on the 2nd week of December. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Room we booked was spacious enough to fit 4 big luggages. Staff were very accommodating. Hotel is also near to cafes, restaurants, a grocery, a park and a subway station. Hotel facilities are decent. No gym though. Hotel where neighborhood is located is peaceful.

Its a good experience. Im happy for staying here! My family felt safe & home. Front desk are manned 24x7, can communicate in English and are sensiblly friendly. Place is clean and room has enough space for 3 adults and 4 luggages . (Gave extra pillows when i requested, free of charge) Accredited with Yamato luggage delivery. Our luggage arrived in the hotel within 24hrs. Bathroom is not so small, clean & water is strong. Wifi is efficient. Has a small restaurant at ground floor offers buffet . Beverages were free (coffee, Soda, Juice) 8am to 9pm (sorry not sure if until 10pm.) Has Laundry self service ( around ¥600) 24x7 Train stations are around 5-8mins walk, if it rains you need umbrella (hotel will give free of charge) Its pretty close to Tourist spots around Tokyo. Subway train (via Suica Card) will bring you everywhere ! Avoid rush hours (8am-9am and 5pm-7pm) since trains can be packed, but manageable . Budget friendly restaurants around the area. Bakeshops is must try! 7/11 , Lawsons, KFC and Mcdonalds are walking distance. Old pharmancy also in the corner. A nice park near the hotel, where my kid had a chance to make friends & played with local kids.. Drink Vendo machines are everywhere, (¥120 water, ¥180 soda) - no worries! 🫶🏻
