Just amazing, worth every penny”
This hotel is new, and thus not popular. And therefore, excellent value for money. We had the suite with the pool facing the rice terrace. They have very modern rooms with wireless Bluetooth speaker, netflix(60inch TV) and a huge bath tub. We initially planned to stay here for 2 nights, however, loved the place so much, that we happened to extended to 7 nights. The staff is super polite, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are very clean, and are quite modern. The pool is clean and larger than an average private pool. The view from the room towards the rice field is pretty. Even better views are from the hotel restaurant, which has a very panaromic view of the forest. I usually don't write reviews, however, felt compelled to review this one. Cons: AC broke twice, but was fixed within 30 mins each time - not really a con. Ps: it was our honeymoon stay.

Memorable stay at Kaamala Resort”
When we booked with Kaamala, we saw that it was a new 4 stars property on Agoda so our expectation is quite high. And we were not disappointed. Even though there are limited staffs due to current covid-19 situation but the all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Pros: Almost no other guest. So it’s like on our private resort. Staffs were very attentive, friendly, and polite. Free refill drinking water. Other hotels only limit your water to 2 bottles a day. Great job Kaamala. Spacious room. Comfortable Bed and super cool ac. Breathtaking view of the greens in front of your bed. Ceiling fan was a nice touch. Super big tv with alexa and awesome bluetooth speaker. Buggy car to take you to parking area. Super big infinity pool. Cons: Nearly none. The setting was for honeymoon couple. So if you come with children it is a bit tricky with the bathroom as the partition does not cover the bathroom. We asked for a room upgrade because there’s no guest around but didn’t get it. Room was still great though. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Even extended 1 more days to our stay. Thanks for the awesome experience. Beyond My Expectation”
Before I booked this hotel, I found some review that the location was a bit difficult. However, it did not really bother me since I used a motorbike. I chose this hotel based on the rating and the price. Finally, I came to this place. The front desk area was quite small, but when I came to my room, it was awesome! It was not as big as a 5-star hotel room, but what I loved was the atmosphere: clean, elegant, romantic. I LOVE this room! The room design was also nice and attractive. I love the bathroom area too! Just one thing, it had very minim hooks for clothes, but it was not a big deal. I really want to get back to this place; I hope the price will not rocket up in the future :D

Exceptional”
This resort is beautiful. It’s location is great(an easy walk to Monkey Forest) and the view from the pool is amazing and a wonderful photo op with the hammock and rim flow. The rooms are to a very high standard, (we were in a Forest view suite) are very roomy and are beautifully designed and with great attention to detail. The bed is also super comfortable! The restaurant, although not cheap, is outstanding and the food presentation is top class. And, beyond all, the staff are all delightful and so warm and accommodating. We would definitely return! We stayed with our 9,18 and 20 year old children and they loved the resort as much as us!

We spent over a month on Bali and Lombok. And this was by far the best hotel of our trip. The staff are incredible. And the rooms are so nice and comfortable. Housekeeping keeps the rooms clean and bug free throughout your entire stay. The bed is super comfortable. The shower has consistent hot filtered water (not easy to find on Bali). Located on Jalan Bisma. Steps away from restaurants and bars. If all else fails, you can always order food and the staff will give you a call when the delivery arrives. Beautiful infinity pool next to the restaurant. Just stay here.

the staffs were reallyyyyyyy polite and always smile to people. the food is good, the view, the cleanliness, the room, all of them were great!! i watched balinese dance on saturday night at the restaurant . But for the villa room, i think the room's floor must be higher than the pool, because the water from the pool went out when we swim, and the water made the room's floor wet :( its okay, hope they will make the maintenance and solution for that. Thank youu for nice experience, the gym, the netflix, and Alexa.

My son and I was staying there for 2 nights which I’d like to extend one more night actually. The room is nice with many good equipment such a speaker and smart TV with netflix. The pool has a nice view and instagramable spot. There is a buggy to transfer from lobby. The location is in the middle of ubud city (with restaurant around) which you’d need to drive about 30 mins to visiting place like rice field, tirta empul, gunung kawi around. The staff was friendly and warmth. The negative things are the room need a wall soundsproof, water filter around bathub also about check in time that they must be able to give a room before 3 pm if the place is empty (i mean it is not air bnb). They are also provided a bag and hat. Worth it for money :)!

We loveeeee this hotel so much ! This is our first holiday since the covid-19 outbreak and our first stay at Ubud as well. The hotel is clean and the room is beyond expectation. It has bathtub inside, and moreover Alexa & Harman Kardon. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the price is very very worth it. In conclusion, we super love our 2-nights stay here and enjoy our time at Ubud. ❤️

This resort never failed me”
I was mostly come to their restaurant WildAir before and never stayed. This time I had a chance to stay in Kaamala Resort, and it was really great experience. The private pool in the villa is quite big, and the view is amazing. The room is very clean, the bathtub is huge! The staffs were so helpful and give us the surprise by decorating the bed with the leafs. Too sweet!

Perfect from Start to Finish”
The Kaamala is an excellent small resort that is new, modern, very clean and well managed. All the staff are wonderful and super friendly. From a design perspective, they've done an amazing job at blending Balinese architecture and modern comforts. The room is very spacious as well as the outdoor sitting area with pool. Overall, it's a great place to stay in Ubud.

Forest suite w/ flower bath and floating breakfast”
I initially chose Kaamala because of the instagrammable photo of the infinity pool. We chose the forest suite w/ bathtub. Everything blew us away from check-in to flower baths and floating breakfast. We stayed 2 nights and paid over $100 but the room size, amenities and experience was worth five times. We definitely got our instagram photos but the actual experience was even more beautiful, our photos did not do justice. While everything was great, what really stood out were the staff. The staff who assisted w/ the check in was exceptionally sharp and easy to talk to. Everypne has a standard Balinese greeting and the manner of service is from the heart. We will definitely come back here

Great hotel with an excellent quality of services”
My husband and i were staying in this resort with the special occasion. We felt very welcome when the first time we step to the hotel. We also greeted well by the resort manager Mr. Nurhaedi. During our stay, We loved the flower decoration in the mini bath tube while we can enjoy the jungle view from the room. The view from the restaurant is just amazing as we can see the beautiful of infinity pool surrounded by jungle. Breakfast food are so tested. Loved Definitely i will come back to this hotel and stay more longer..

Wonderful resort. Great hospitality and the infinity pool facing the tropical forest and rice fields were absolutely gorgeous. Very clean and spacious. Avani Spa in Kaamala Resort was great for relaxation and massage too. And its located close to Ubud Monkey Forest and walking distance to Ubud Central.

i really loved my stay at the kaamala - i changed rooms a few times because i was going with the flow but i regret not just prebooking the villa with the private pool the entire time - however the suites with jungle view were also amazing - everythigng clean and modern and staff were amazing - the spa was fantastic i went twice - my only 2 complaints were that the mattress it was too soft and the restaurant menu didnt have great options for veggetarians - otherwise fabulous stay.

The Kaamala villa is stunning!! The villa layout and facilities is amazing even down to the smallest details. The private pool over looking the rice field is so nice (we had the floating breakfast here too) The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant food really very good, beyond my expectation and the jungle view from the public infinity pool is gorgeous (we even had monkeys visit pool side!!) So many instagrammable momements at this resort!! 100% will be back!!

Had such a pleasant stay at Kaamala Resort, would definitely come back if I were to return to Ubud! #1: Service was amazing. The staff were proactive & bring such a positive vibe around; just seeing them made our days! They helped us make check-in smooth & easy despite our double bookings, took the initiative to prepare breakfast boxes for us in advance knowing that we'll need to set off at 1am for our hike. #2: Room was clean, comfortable & spacious. Everything we needed was there. On top of everything, there's Netflix & smart system Alexa who played songs for us daily. #3: Pool was long enough for some decent swim. Great to chill by the pool side too. Gym was clean and enough to do some basic workout. Didn't get to try their massage though.
