The location is near to public transport and convenient store. The room is clean. The sajangnim is very nice, friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to stay if you have a short trip in Seoul 😊

Comfortable to stay”
There is no clearly Guesthouse sign so the GPS will help you or look some big point around here but this area is very close Haeundae station that it has many restaurants, convenience stores and shops until late night.

Great location and overall value for money given breakfast and condiments were well provided. However bedsheets were dirty and didnt feel like they were changed from the previous people staying in the room... developed rashes and allergic reaction from this.

Great Location. walking distance to subway station and bus station. However, the nearest entrance to subway station has no lift, if you carry huge luggage, you may walk a little bit further and you will find a lift to the station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. It would be great if there is basic breakfast provided.

Staff were accommodating. Room is clean, AC working well. Toiletries are provided. Building has elevator but goes up to 5th flr only, you will need to take the stairs if your room is on the 6th floor though there are only 2 rooms at the 6th. They have unli coffee until 11pm.

My stay is very comfortable. The room is clean and the amenities (I love their coffee!) are well maintained. The location is very convenient to any means of transport and the community is peaceful and quiet at night.

Worth it! ”
Location is okay, near subway lines and bus stops. It's near Gwangjang Market and DDP which is around 600m to 800m away. Rooms are clean but a little bit small and not soundproof. Price per night is cheaper vs nearby hotels. Staffs, even the owner, are very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a great stay in this guesthouse!

One of the best accomms I've stayed in!!”
The front desk staff were very, very helpful. We had a small misunderstanding with my booking (but that was because they were very proactive!), but we resolved it right away. Mr Jung the manager was very nice and even offered me some Korean food to try. Location is very safe and accessible, elevator available too. I'm a clean freak and my room was S P O T L E S S!!! The room was very, very small, but I didnt mind bec the it was absolutely clean!!! They even have emergency evacuation kits and night light! One thing I wish they had was a mini ref, I hope haha. But overall, I have no complains!! If I visit KR again, would definitely book this one again! <3

Best option for solo travelers”
The place is enough for 1 or 2 people. It's clean and cozy. The hosts are very nice, they helped me alot during my stay here. Their English are good too so that foreigners can find it comfortable when asking for help.

Very welcoming ”
Very clean. They have a communal kitchen with coffee, hot water, microwave, toaster, dishes, utensils, and sink. The rooftop is well done and inviting. The beds were a little uncomfortable but everything else was wonderful! Near the gwangjang market and a Russian restaurant named Fortune that I recommend going to.

駅の6番出口からは徒歩約3分という立地。道路の反対側には空港バスのバス停もありコンビニも3店舗ありました。部屋は今回ダブルルームを1人で2泊、スーツケースも広げられて圧迫感なく過ごせました。

今回の目的が広蔵市場だったのでここにしました。会社のビルをリノベしたようなゲストハウスでしたが、清潔でこじんまりして居心地が良かったです。部屋にテーブルがありませんが共用のスペースがあり、無料で美味しいコーヒーを飲むことが出来ます。フロントのお兄さんも感じのいい人ばかりでした。
