    “BEST CHOICE FOR LOCATION”

    Pros: Owner was easy to talk to and accommodating. If he can grant your favor of early check in, he will. We checked in at 11am so we were able to go to Enchanted Kingdom right away (opens at 11am). Unit is in a community within a community. So better have your own transpo to get around easily. EK was 5 to 10mins away. Cons: Place was old and needs some good scrubbing in the bathroom. No shower heater which was a bummer. Parking was free. It's on a first come first served basis so if you'll go out and return late at night, speak to the other guard at the covered court cause that's your only option left--or so they say. Not too far though but could be challenging if it's raining

    I would recommend this for those who are looking for a place to spend the night after enjoying a day in Enchanted Kingdom. A good place to consider. Only 3-min drive from EK.

    Stayed for 2 nights, place is secured and walking distance from Enchanted Kingdom. Secured place, acommodating owner, car parking provided. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks alot Jason.

    “Need to Care the Unit ”

    The place is in a subdivision, its quiet and safe place but far from everything. All the furniture is outdated, The WI-FI is not available and there is no drinking water, the ceilings are so dirty. there is only one dark blue towel. the aircon is so small and enough only for the bedroom, I think it will be a disaster to check-in during the summertime. The best of the place is it is spacious and there is a balcony (good for smoking), the best of all is a good communication and a great attitude from the Host.
