This was our fifth time at Jas Boutique we we're there for 30 days, just love it there beautiful villas and the staff are absolutely fantastic nothing is to much trouble for them, very quiet surrounding and about a 10 minute walk to the beach, very well set out and very private, we love the Jas Boutique

Stayed here as a couple , had the 2 bedroom villa for the extra space . Was beautiful and clean . Air con was freezing cold . Nice private pool . Breakfast delivered every morning at our convenience. Excellent place for the price and close to Bintang super market . Short walk to the beach also .

A perfect villa with a private pool for a family vacation. Had booked a two bed roomed villa and the layout couldn't be more perfect. Rooms were great and so was the kitchen and dining. WiFi worked really well and the food was great. Would definitely like to stay again.

Wallet friendly villa”
Location is okay, a min walk to the roadsides with shops. Villa was clean. Great value for money for a quiet villa with pool. My daughter swam in the pool the whole time! She loves it! Breakfast provided is ok. We added sgd $10 for floating breakfast for experience, haha freezing breakfast.

Small Private Pool Villa with good location”
It was fun staying there but at first we were confused as we had stayed in UBUD in a private villa where we had a big massive room with small tables and chairs outside nearby the big pool (compared with jas pool). They provide options for the Breakfast which is good but the quantity is less compared to my previous villa( but okay for me for breakfast). They provide scooters in rent in reasonable price, have a very good location - only takes about 10 mins to reach the Semniyak Beach (which is clean with good shack with live music and sunsets). The location is very good as we can walk in to find lots of restaurants, grocery stores, money exchange, local scooter and bicycle street food sellers selling fresh food in a way more cheap price(trying those food is having real local taste but might be confused sometimes as some of them do not understand english - but you will be sorted by some customers , not to worry).VERY GOOD LOCATION but Small Pool Villa N less breakfast Quantity.

Lovely boutique villas, close to Bingtang Supermarket and Jl Arjuna, hidden down a laneway (Gang) so its very peaceful. Staff are excellent, villas maintain the old style Balinese charm. Have stayed here many times.

Me and my group had a great time at this villa. Had no issues checking in very late. There are some convenient stores nearby. Central to many places via taxi. Hotel staff were very efficient. Housekeeping did a great job everyday! Breakfast was sent on time all the time. Definitely value for money. Overall had a great stay here. Maybe can consider money exchange services in future. Private villa for couples! Value for money considering that you have your own private small pool, which is a hard find if you are travelling in small groups. Breakfast is served to your entrance daily at your preferred time. There is a short 3 min walk from the main road which is dimly lit, but overall location is within walking distance to the beach.

Old but trying ”
I have seen this place trashed by trashy people. I want to set the record straight. Jas Boutique is getting old in dire need of a modernisation. Currently they are repainting and pretty up the villas. I had not seen this as I was still in a older villa. The Villa itself had everything you need was clean but run down. The staff and the food was second to none. I would have no hesitation in returning. The biggest problem is mosquito and ants however, I would think that is normal at all places. For the price it's good it's true you get what you pay for. On that point it was value for money.

Good place to privately relax”
We had a one room villa with a private plunge pool, the main reason for booking this place. Our villa does need updating but with everyone getting back on their feet we accepted the fact some things needed replacing. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and happy to help. I would recommend going for a ride on the back of a scooter to the beach and surrounds to give you an idea of what is around you in the streets nearby. Whilst we found a couple of good places to eat there were more in places we hadn't seen by walking .

Room service great. Location is perfect. WhatsApp number available 24x7 to contact staff. Was upgraded free to a 2bedroom villa. Complimentary water and a full kitchen. All great. Laundry in villa is expensive. Local laundry around the corner for 8000IDR a Kg. Pool needs to be cleaned more. Bed sheets need to be upgraded because it's used too much. The room door locks are hard to close and leave a gap for mosquitoes to come in sometimes. Other than that, everything else seems great value for money.

The room is nice & tidy.. The facilities equipment complete for cooking But some light not on max use.. Some cant be use & 1 button of light control to much light.. Maybe can split for 2or more button for the light
