The experience was just fine”
We booked a room with city view, but ended up on the first floor with no window. The reception desk told me rooms with windows are all occupied despite me checking-in early afternoon. There’s probably no view to see in the area but it’s uncomfortable to wake up not knowing if it’s morning yet. Other services were good especially housekeeping.

Free breakfast is catered towards the Chinese, its rice porridge. The location is a bit strange as its located in the middle of a residential area and you have to go through tiny streets. Also the photo of the building does not reflect the real building m. You cant see it from a far

The bed was as solid as a slate bench. The hot water heater was severely underpowered which resulted in cold showers or fluctuating temperatures. The included breakfast was boiled rice.

Good, clean and quite location”
Even though the hotel is off the main road, service & friendliness of the staff is very good. We enjoyed our stay for 2-nights and transport to major location and back was reasonable as it was not far away from the night market and flower show. Good place for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Chiang Rai.

We stay 1 night in Chiang Rai, hidden location but we manage to find it. Quiet & peaceful hotel, with ample parking, hotel surrounded with art deco which surprise me.

Very nice and clean place, we got there too early, around 11 and was able to get the rooms, which was a very nice surprise. Place was very clean, close to blue temple, AC was very strong.

New and well appointed. Funky decor, pleasant surroundings and room very nice. Breakfast was fine. Too far to walk to the city centre in a city with few taxis. Stayed 2 nights and no housekeeping, fresh linen and towels. No refill of coffee or sugar sachets… that was all a big disappointment.
