this hotel is incredible. can not speak highly enough. the kind man at the desk upgraded us on arrival which was amazing with 3 young kids. fantastic breakfast. walkable to seaworld. free parking. we will be back next year!

this hotel is nicely located for the people who want to go to sea world or aquatica. it is pretty close to orlando downtown also. rooms were tidy but a little bit worn out. our two bedroom suite had also a living room. rooms were quite large. hotel was well worth the money paid.

Awful hotel. Tried to cancel as soon as we viewed our room. No facilities in room what so ever. Room looked out into metal bars surrounding pool. Tried to cancel next 2 nights, but despite trying to contact Agoda for 30 minutes we were not able to speak to anybody. Left hotel and had to find other accommodation.
