You get what you pay for. In a satelite city like palembang, i would expect less budget hotels. Therefore i would advice to invest a little more to get a decent stay. 5 star hotel with 4 star price in palembang. but still, service and accommodation as a 5 star hotel. there is a mall behind the hotel. i can have late check out until 2 pm. when i check in at 11.00 am, due to my room is not ready yet, they upgrade my room to junior suite. food is good too.

I book superior room, and very happy because it's quiet large with king size bed. Location is great near to the city center and attraction in Palembang. Breakfast not really nice. Not much choice as it is 4 stars hotel. Even some 3 stars hotel in Palembang better in breakfast menu. The staff upon check in works really slow.

One of the best budget hotels. It's near the Demang LRT station. there are several shops on the ground floor, including the Pempek Beringin. Many restaurants are around. The hotel is just 20 minutes ride from the airport.

The hotel is quite new with a modern design. The best about this hotel are the bed, pillow and bathtub. One thing that needs to be improved is the soundproof of the hotel. You may hear some noise from outside the hotel.

Big bed, comfortable room, the bathroom has two showers inside, the staffs were very helpful and friendly, though they don't provide breakfast but we can order from the canteen. Near from a local shopping center.

20+yrs hotel, but inside the room is very clean and comfy located around the city center (strategic) staffs are helpful nothing to expect from the facilities (incl. breakfast, swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna) so I'd like to say this is the hotel for resting overnight, not a hotel to enjoy/indulge in its luxury (coz they got none)

the reason i chose to stay at this hotel because the location is very near with the best mall in palembang which is palembang indah mall...the receptionist is nice and informative and the room is clean. just a bit dissapointed with the service of the housekeeping staff. breakfast is delicious and served in the nice restaurant with the antique interior.
