Perfect location, not far from the central train station and close to tram stops. Very nice coffee machines and decent breakfast. Comfortable bed, spacious restroom, well it would be good if the room was a little bigger, but there are luxury rooms to chose for that. Extremely helpful staff and very reasonable prices of the bar&pizza suggestions in the hotel, if you prefer not to go outside. Absolutely excellent stay for the money, having in mind that you're in Switzerland!

Comfy modern hotel”
It was quite a lovely hotel, comfy and with a modern design. The room is clean, warm and without any noises. Comfortable bed, deliciuos and rich breakfast, free coffees at the lobby. Near to the main station, two tram stops but you can also walk. The area nearby is not with many options for restaurants or cafes but that’s better cos you are no so close to the noises of the station.

Nice hotel with little maintenence issues ”
A very nice and well located hotel. Unfortunately half the carpet in the room was soaking wet. I am not sure if it was because an issue during cleaning or a leak somewhere. But besides that a good choice!

Great value ”
Very modern hotel in good location ( a few tram stops to the centre). Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever experienced and very good buffet breakfast included in the modest room price. Staff were exceptionally helpful and all amenities were excellent. In short you will not find better for the price in Basel.

Lovely hotel”
Very new, clean, reasonably big and comfortable room, very nice breakfast. Walking distance from train station and the old city. Great value for money considering that accommodation in Switzerland is very expensive

Enjoyed the hotel very much. Modern, clean and good value for money. A bit away from town but easy to take a tram to town or the railway. A free travel card was provided which was a bonus.

Nice room ( small ) , clean , good brake fast . When you are coming from railway station , after Novotel . Walkable distance from the railway station , 15 minutes walk . come out from the exit , go to right direction then go straight . Nothing nearby

Exceptional”
We are surprised the room we stayed was spacious and clean. The hotel and room gave out a young and energetic vibe. Breakfast included and taste nice. Especially the buttery scramble eggs. The only downside it that the hotel is a 20 mins walk from Basel station, and no nearby convenient public transportation from the hotel to the station. It would be perfect if free shuttle was offered as we have lots of luggages.

Points forts: 1. Propreté & gentillesse du personnel 2. proximité (à côté de l'autoroute & proche centre-ville) 3. décoration (magnifique). Cerise sur le gâteau: déplacement en tram offert pour se rendre en centre ville Points faibles: au petit déjeuner, pas de nourriture locale et de proximité. Dommage car c'est l'occasion de découvrir les saveurs locales en promouvant les circuits courts. Peut mieux faire à ce niveau.

Badezimmer”
Das Bad war leider nicht sehr sauber, pipi Streifen an der Toilette und Abfluss von der Dusche verstopft... Hatte eine komplette Wasser party im Badezimmer, es ist alles übergeflossen. Natürlich haben wir alles direkt trocken gemacht und dann beim Check out unten bescheid gegeben, aber zuhören wollte sie auch kaum, denn sie waren sehr beschäftigt. Alles im allen, erwarte ich etwas mehr für den Preis. Und eine kleine Entschuldigung für die Umstände wäre auch nett gewesen.

Beste Lage, gutes Frühstück, Parkhaus vorhanden und Top-freundliches Personal. Auch super: Baselcard für reduzierten <Eintritt in Museen und kostenlose öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Mit der Tram nur 3 Haltestellen zur Innenstadt, echt klasse.

Stylisches Hotel in guter Lage!”
Stylisches und sehr sauberes Hotel mit wirklich sehr!! nettem Personal! Gutes Frühstück. Ein Fahrkarte für die Tram für die komplette Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes vor Ort gab es kostenlos im Hotel dazu. Das lohnt sich! Die Tram kommt fast bis vor die Türe! Ein Parkhaus gibt’s ebenfalls direkt beim Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Günstiges Hotel im Aussenbezirk”
Ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Das WLAN ist sehr schnell. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, auch das Bad ist eng. Circa 5 Minunten per Fuss ist die nächste Strassenbahn Richtung Innenstadt (10 min) entfernt.

Alles gut aber die Kopfkissen entsprechenden nicht der restliche Qualität, Billige Wattefüllung - schade! Ansonsten guter Service, gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal! Gute Lage für den Besuch der City. Tram ein paar Schritte vor dem Hotel! Gerne wieder!
