You can iron your clothes too. Clean room. Accommodating staff. Please don't be rude to them. Also, the canton of basel provides a basel card that allows you to have free public transportation and discounts for museums, etc for your entire stay. The card comes with your booking and you can claim it upon check in.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent! Very helpful and attentive! There isn't a ton around the hotel itself, but it is very close to several tram lines with easy access to the city and it is in very convenient reach of the train station. Despite it being near the train station, I did not find it noisy. The room is small, which is typical for Ibis hotels, but still, everything was great!

A functional, clean, good value hotel. Not the most atmospheric building, but still well located - everything you'd want to see in Basel within walking distance and they also provided free transit passes. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay here.

If you don't mind that the room is ecquipped with only the bare necessities than it's ok. The main things is though, my room was clean. The pillows could be a bit thicker. Although the room could lodge 3 people it is very small and bulky suitcases would take up most of the spare space. For one or two nights ok.

It can be a bit noisy at night due to tram and trains. Stay includes a tourist ticket for public transportation and reduced admission to museums etc. Nice treat

The reception was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfoprtable. It's not far from the train station and the hotel offered the free transportation in Basel.
