"The hotel is owned and operated by a very nice and congenial lady, she is very accommodative and the hotel also has great tea. I booked a King room, and it was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Great hotel. The bed was King and most comfortable, The water pressure was excellent, and the water heater top of the line. The hotel is close to cafes and a 7-11 convenience store. The view from our room was nothing short of spectacular! Worth the price for the view alone. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The check in was smooth although nobody speaks English. The room was spacious and every room has an amazing view as shown in photos. Surrounded by tea farm, they always serves you a cup or glass of tea in every meal which is so thoughtful for me 😍 Not too much facilities, just a resto where all the meals are being served. They also have this tea section where one of the staff (the ladyboy) would be gladly to explain and make a tea presentation demo to you - even in English. Breakfast was buffet and same every day i guess. They even have this basket and wooden made cap where you can borrow and pick ur own tea from their farm and for photo shoot too. If u want to level up ur pictorial, they have this 100 baht (not sure if per hour or per costume)rental of Northern Thai costumes at the reception. At the lower part of the resort is the much bigger tea farm that is open for public viewing and they also sell tea, of course. This place is also like 3km away from the market so it's so peaceful. (the market has 7-11 and several atm machines. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Certainly would visit this place again, but would recommend to stay here for a maximum of 2 days. "

"It is the best location to stay in Mae Salong with the rooftop to spend time watching sunrise. There is morning market right behind the place and motorcycle for rent which is 5 minute-walk from the place. Plus, the staffs are so nice! It is the place I would love to come back and stay at least once again in Chiang Rai."

"My Place is perched on the side of the very steep hill looking across the endless valleys to the north, and with a great view of the temple under construction on the mountaintop to the west. But back to the hotel, the reception is friendly without being over the top, and the girl who showed us to our room was really enthusiastic, she seemed to be the jack of all trades, fixing, cleaning, general go-phering. The rooms are generous in size and clean, with the walls being lacquered concrete. There was a small problem with water pooling in the bathroom, but trust me, this is not uncommon in Thailand. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and doona clean and crisp. The décor is minimalistic but nice and the room has everything you could reasonably want, including satellite TV but no English channels (I only mention this, it doesn't worry me as I don't go to hotels to watch TV!) My only complaint about the room was that it was directly underneath a wonderful roof top area where you can drink coffee, eat, or just chill out, but everytime someone moved a chair or even walked, the noise was amplified in the room. It's only a problem in the evening and the morning, not so later during normal sleeping hours. Anyway, it was an enjoyable stay in a great part of Thailand."

"This hotel is a very special. It is in beautiful mountains of North Thailand. It is away from all of the city problems. It is a combination of a Hill Tribe and Chinese community. The room were nice with big balconies and spectacular views. Because it is on the side of the mountain you have go up some steep steps to get to the type of rooms that we had but there are some lower level rooms. This may not suit some people who have mobility problems. The restaurant is very good with Chinese oriented meals and very large portions. The food was also extremely delicious."
