"Everything is well equipped inside the hostel. The bed is comfortable and you can have unlimited hot water supply in washrooms. They clean the rooms everyday so it's very clean and neat. The best thing I have to mention is that when you check in, the receptionist will give you a detailed introduction of the whole city. Maybe it'll take you five to ten minutes standing at the reception but this is the best thing I've ever seen when travelling. Even if you have no plans at all in Prague, you'll know where to go and what to see in the city. Wifi connection inside room is not very stable but you can still do whatever you want, it's enough for you to plan your ongoing journey. And also the location is very good, it takes only five minutes tram from the hostel to the old town. It's worth to stay in Miss Sophie's when travelling in Prague."

"We stayed in EA Hotel Crystal Palace for 3 days. Though the hotel is located in a by-lane, the taxi drivers had no trouble finding it. The hotel is only a five minutes walk from the metro station. The breakfast was good and the breakfast room very nicely appointed. The room we stayed in was small but neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. The only issue was that, there was no shower curtain so the toilet got flooded every time we took a shower. We would specially like to highlight that the service of Michael, Michaella and also the other bearded gentleman at the reception were exceptionally helpful and nice! The other member of staff in the breakfast area were also very nice and polite and always greeted us with a smile. We highly recommend this hotel as it is well worth every penny."

"We walked to our hotel from the main train station as the taxi driver quoted 30 euros for the short trip. If u have a light luggage it is easy to manouvre on the cobble stone walkways. The hotel location is a walking distance from the famous wenslesas square. It is also near our favorite branded cafe in which we enjoyed croissants and coffee. Overall we will recommend our friends to stay there as it is reasonably priced."

"All in all a great hotel for a great price at new year. however we booked 3 months in advance and requested a double room, only to be placed in a twin which they would not swap (even though we checked in early..). The receptionist told us breakfast was included when we checked in, only to be told we were to pay at the end. They did retract this when we explained what happened. The rooms are spacious and modern , the bathrooms are clean and brand new. The rooms are a little empty, there is no sofa but a huge space in front of the TV. I imagine furniture is pending as it has just been refurbished. Great location, great hotel."
