"Highly recommend this place! I traveled solo but with my dog, and this place was very friendly to the both of us :) I had a private room of course, and the location can't be beat. Great value for money AND pet friendly is a huge win in my book. I went during COVID, so the bar and cafe downstairs didn't seem to be open, which was a bit of a shame because there was little to no social atmosphere. It may be different under different circumstances."

"The best feature of Hotel Certovka is it's marvelours location overlooking Charles Bridge. The staff are very friendlyand wellcoming. There is a good viriety of food available for breakfast. The room, where I stayed was clean, but very small indeed. Also it feels more like 3 star hotel, as there is no Living Room and my visitors had nowhere to sit down while waiting for me."

"Location is excellent for all attractions. The hotel is very good. The two girls who share the reception were first class in being both helpful and very friendly and warm. The cleaning staff were faultless in the quality in which they left the bedroom and bathroom very impressive. The breakfast was adequate. My only niggle is that although there is tea and coffee in the room there was no hot chocolate drink. That was from the machine in the restaurant, which was left on 24/7. The night receptionist with the bald head refused to allow us to access the machine as it closed at 6pm. Take away cups are there to use. It would have been a nice option to have. Overall a lovely hotel and i would highly recommend you to stay here."
