"We came to Candeo after spending time at a nearby hotel called Sotetsy Fresa Inn, which was horrible. Candeo Hotel was a blessing with bigger comfortable rooms for the same price. It had a great lobby and eating area to relax in. Wifi was blazing fast. And the best thing about the hotel... They had one of the best and most relaxing luxury spas that is both inside and outside on the roof. And the location is perfect. If you can book a room here, then it's highly recommended. "

"The hotel location is fantastic. Room is small, but they have made very good use of space. The best part is all the amenities. We stayed for 5 nights, and having these amenities - like a variety of toiletries, night clothes etc. - makes a huge difference. However, I want to warn future guests that although the hotel advertises free WiFi, this is incorrect and misleading. Of the 5 nights we stayed here, we did not have WiFi for two night. When we complained to the staff we were told the WiFi is 'busy' and they pointed us to a nearby location where we can go to buy WiFi/data. I am a frequent traveler, and I have never experienced this at a business hotel - no WiFi, no explanation for why no WiFi (it seems it's a common occurrence), and no effort on the part of the staff to fix the problem. If I had known this earlier I wouldv'e made alternative arrangements. But pointing me to a shop where I can by my own portable WiFi on my last 2 days is not a solution :("
