"Superb location - near to airport, near to MRT, just next to a shopping mall with foodcourt, cafes, you will be spoilt for choices! Great facilities - kitchenette (I love this) with a separate filtered water tap (how awesome), very nice pool, and a comfy sofa right in front of TV & love the walk-in wardrobe which became part of the toilet, so you can wear the clothes off the wardrobe and not off the wall hook. They also provide weighing scales (bonus point). Wifi is upto speed as well. Downside - there are startling knocking sounds in the room (receptionist explained that it was caused by the contraction and expansion of the metal claddings of the building). The lights came on by itself around 5am+ (But on second night it was fine. I don’t have an explanation for this, but apparently there was another guest who experienced the same thing some five years ago and was told that hotel has issues with the mother board of the system). Don’t stay in room 902 if it helps."

"Pros: Great location in the newly opened Jewel. Clean room. Superb free wi-fi. Cons: Self check-in process is horrible, at best. I believe I saw a total of thirty (at least!) unique screens to click through. Couple this with a credit card reader that is not integrated into the check-in kiosk itself, an unintuitive passport scanner (also not directly integrated) and a key making process that completely failed. Whoever designed this system should find new work, it truly is an embarrassment. Pro-tip: skip this process altogether and go directly to the manned desk. Room is really only functional for 1 person max. Signage inside the hotel could be better. Shower allows water to get all over the main part of the bathroom. I get that the whole bathroom area is, in theory, a wet bathroom but it's not well designed."

"Didn't quite know what to expect with our stopover and hotel as we booked the week before we left! Definitely would stay here again, easy to find in Terminal 1, it's all in transit so need to go through customs. Hotel exceptionally clean and beautifully appointed. The bed and bedding is of the highest quality, had the best night sleep that we have had in ages with 2 queen size beds. A lovely breakfast was included in the price of our room. Would definitely stay again and will let all our friends know who are travelling and need a stopover in Singapore. Very impressed"

"I was on transit going to Thailand. I stayed in this hotel on my way and going back to Perth. On my night before going back to Perth I booked for a room with shared bathroom but I was surprised when they upgraded me into a single room with bathroom which I badly needed! I had headaches for days and needed a good night sleep! I had rested well that night knowing I didnt have to go out of my room for shower or to use the toilet! I even extended my stay for 3 hours more which costed my $25/hr. A bit expensive but otherwise I had a wonderful stay!"

"My husband and i enjoyed our 2 days 1 night stay and had wished we book another day here! Its a newly opened hotel with great and new facilities. The cleanliness for the rooms can be better maintained. The toilets aren't clean properly and dust on the tissue box and toiletries drawer can still be seen. There's no bidet in the toilet. HDMI cable cannot be connected due to hotel mode system. Youtube can still be acessed throught the tv but there is no Netflix. Otherwise we enjoyed the comfy bed and the coffee facilities. We had booked for the swimming pool view but was told it was full so we had the patio king. It was raining so we did not get to enjoy sitting at the patio and also the swimming pool. We truly enjoyed the app that can be used to booked the hotel facilities and amenities! It was so easy to get around the hotel. We tried the gym and also had breakfast at the Greenhouse. I must compliment the front desk staff Syafiq who attended to us during our check in and Edwinna during our check out. It was both a smooth process. There is shuttle bus service every hour to Changi City Point and Jewel. Overall its a great stay away from high rise buildings and gives you the best feeling watching the planes flew above from Changi Airport as we miss travelling out across borders. Will definitely come back again when the sun is out! Thank you Dusit Thani!"

Cons: Not much to do as we're not so keen on the slides. Used to enjoy the bowling but now it's gone so can be boring. Really the only positive is the BBQ but expensive and for limited time only. "
