I stayed here several times and have to say it's good. Location is great, 2 mins waking to Clark Quay and 5 mins by taxi to Marina Bay Sand. The staff is nice and professional. I always stayed at Deluxe room but this time I booked the Superior. Frankly speaking there's a huge difference between them! While the Deluxe is nice and modern the Superior is really old and wear. Facilities like pool and gym are a bit dated but still ok.

The room is ok with comfortable bed and pillows . I like it have a moveable and adjustable table . The lighting is bright enough and on top of the bed had a fan . Bathroom is big and separated bath tube area . Breakfast is good with choices of main dish and smoothies. The hotel licated near to MRT and shopping mall . Resting room near reception provides apple every day.

i stayed at the same hotel last year through agoda. the room i had booked was somehow not available, i was given an older room which had not be redecorated. however it had the best sea view of singapore, it looked out to marina bay sand, therefore the view compensated the old decoration. generally, it was clean room and had all the amenities except an empty mini bar refrigerator. the tv remote control was not working, until i asked the valet to change the batteries. it was raining two days outside, strangely two spots over the entry lobby were leaking from a/c system. the best thing of the stay this time was the lobby lounge. i had breakfast there, it served just the right amount for continental breakfast, it had the best coffee and delicious cold meat+cheese platter were great. i had breakfast at nine, so the hotel lobby was quieter. the room service was not the best for a 5 star hotel run by swiss trained staff, the food was cold and the garnish was dried and the drink ordered was forgotten. the front staffs were efficient as best. i feel that this hotel has the busiest lobby as it is in a cross roads of internal and external people traffics. therefore it is always forgiven for the shortcomings. overall, it is still one of the hotel i like to stay if i can get the redecorated room. the room service may be usually better as i was staying right on the friday saturday busy evenings. it has the best convenient location, this time the hotel staffs were helpful and did their best to get taxis for me as quickly as possible.

Booked the newly renovated king harbour view room. Everything was clean and good at first, view is amazing. But, the bedding was bad/ rough and the duvet is totally not breathable . Would have expected a much better quality bedding given the price of hotel. The bed area is not very cold despite the lowest temperature. My husband had trouble sleeping on the bed due to bad air circulation so had to sleep at the couch. Water tasted funny so had to ask for mineral water which is fine. Given the price, could have stayed at a better hotel.

we stayed in singapore for three nights on the first leg of our honeymoon and the naumi hotel was perfect for what we needed. there are not too many rooms which means the staff soon recognise you and they always smile and say hello and are happy to help in any way they can. the bar of the hotel closes around 10:00 - 10:30pm but it is not a problem to order a bottle of wine at this time and stay drinking it downstairs in the bar ot take it up to the roof which has the infinity pool. likewise, if you want to take your own wine bought from one of the shops the room has glasses and bottle opener to allow you to do this. the location is great for seeing the various sites of singapore - raffles is literally round the corner, china town and little india are within walking distance (if you do not like the heat then a taxi ride is a cheap option). we arranged a trip to the night zoo with the hotel and they offered us advice as to what the best option was. breakfast was included with our room rate and it was worth it - there was a range of different foods and the hot food was freshly cooked - scrambled eggs on toast was a particular favourite of mine. i would definitely recommend this hotel for a great place to stay in singapore.

My second staycay at Heritage collection on Seah this year! Hassle-free check in, with Rachel checking us in. Very smooth process and accomodating to our arrival time. Rachel has also been prompt in responding to my messages and also in updating us. They needed to do a pest control check during our stay but everything was fast and efficiently executed. We didn't have to be in the room too. Apartment wise, the room is on the smaller side but being a loft, it gives the illusion of being way bigger. Despite having no windows to see outside, it doesn't feel claustrophobic. Instead, it gives a very calm and cozy feeling. For the facilities in the room, it will be hard for me to choose a normal hotel room in future. There is a kitchette, microwave, toaster, small fridge/ freezer and kettle in the room. There is also a washing machine in the building, though I didn't use it. Only not so good thing is that the fridge tends to freeze the food and drinks that are too close to the open freezer compartment. Will be back again, for sure.

my wife and i stayed at raffles to celebrate her birthday on our way home from a european trip. it was our 4th stay since 1992 and i never cease to be impressed by the quality of the experience. there are certainly more opulent hotels in the world but surely there are none with better service and general ambience. the checkin, the butlers introduction to the rooms features and facilities, tea and coffee being delivered without charge at a touch of a call button, the attention to detail are features. raffles does a whole lot extremely well. the hotel had not been informed of my wife s birthday but i guess they observed the date is in her passport . i was called in the room to say that it was noted that we had a celebration coming up. we came back from the pool to find the room decorated with birthday greetings and balloons, and towels folded as frogs. our butler and an assistant turned up with a birthday cake and our celebrations were well under way. the rooms are huge with fresh fruit was provided daily. the room is serviced more than once each day and still has a genuine turn down service. at the pool cold bottled water , chilled towels and fruit skewers were delivered by the pool attendant /barman without request or charge and towels were arranged for guests on the sun beds. the pianist in the writers bar is just brilliant. leslie, the historian who has been at raffles for 40 years, met us at breakfast in the tiffin room, and arranged to take us on a tour of the hotel. we had a chance to recall things about singapore and the hotel from the 70's when we first visited the hotel to have a singapore sling in the old long bar. raffles does everything you expect from a 5 star hotel and much more. it is a reasonably expensive experience and perhaps some of the services provided are not essential but they are nevertheless enjoyable. i don't think i have ever stayed any where which is better value for money. you really get what you pay for.
