Nice location, located just infront of Kepri Mall. There are also few restaurants and convenience store just next to the hotel. For more dining options, just hop in to the mall! Wellness room is really nice with amazing decor. I really love the feel! Hotel provide free Mexican dinner at the beautiful rooftop dining and free shuttle bus to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall & Batam Centre Ferry Terminal during weekends. Just book in advance with hotel reception. Definitely value for money and I enjoyed every second of my 4 days stay here in Eska Hotel. I will definitely come back.

The location of the hotel is convenient. It is located beside Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and opposite of Mega Mall Batam Centre having both within 5 minutes walk. The hotel culture is lively and their staff is very friendly. The room was spacious and clean but the toilet is acceptable or may be slightly small for some people. My room came with a "Do Not Disturb" sign initially but was gone after a while when I hang it outside of my room door. Not all the wall sockets in the room are universal. Overall, the stay was good.

Hotel provide free transfer from batam center mega mall to hotel every 2hrs. Hotel do provide free shuttle bus to the other big shopping mall (Grand batam mall & Nagoya hill mall) every 2hrs. And they provide free buggy ride to the nearest mall (kepri mall) and you can arrange for a pick up from kepri mall at your preferred timing. When we reached hotel we are 3.5hr early for check in time but we still manage to check in before 12pm and hotel lobby even greet us with 3 different types of refreshments cooling drinks and cookies + candies for the kiddos, although this is a golf and convention hotel but hotel doesn't forget to impress guests with kiddos. As we check in with 2 adults and 2 kiddos so I book a twin bed rooms and while checking in the reception even call up the housekeeping to arrange for our twin bed to be join so it will be big enough for my family,very thoughtful of the staff. Did I mention smile is never miss in any of the staff face anytime. Swimming pool is 1 of the best and there even a kids club for the small kids like 7yrs and below. Most of the hotel we ain't allow to take the towel from the swimming pool to our room, same as Radisson but 1 best point is they had prepared lots of white towel to swap with you for the pool tower so the guest wont feel any bit of cold when we enter the lobby. Breakfast is great, they sure have something for everybody. But buffet lunch or dinner is only available during the weekend maybe is becos more people are in this hotel during weekends. We had 1 dinner at the hotel lobby restaurant (Bite restaurant) as tired of all the same food in shopping mall.And that's the best meals we had in all our meals during the trip,but a little pricey for the portions we had,maybe just increase on the portions will be great. This is my first stay with Best Western's Hotels, and I have to admit I'm really impressed with the overall stay in this hotel for 2 nights. There were minor Hiccups like malfunctioning aircon unit and a missed Shuttle service pickup. The staff however were very professional in handling these matters and never did they once blamed anyone of us or anything else for that matter. For the malfunctioning aircon, they immediately prepared us a brand new room ready to move in and it was much bigger than expected. we didn't even had to bargain or compromise, the new room was given with no questions asked. This isn't the case in the other hotels I have stayed in Batam and around South-East Asia. And for the missed shuttle service, there was a miscommunication about the pickup location at Mega Mall Batam and we missed the earlier shuttle. We quickly made a call to the Reception and they immediately alerted the Driver and got us picked up in about 30mins. Really great Cust service!

My gf and i did a 2 night stay in in these apartment, everything was prefect to enjoy short trip to batam. Breakfast was alright and best part about this apartment is the shuttle service to go to shopping mall. Quite near from batam centre ferry. The pool and spa is awesome too, love the fitness centre as it is fairly new. Will come back again for the apartment. The stuffs are awesome and helpful with our request.

This hotel was really awsum with a fantastic view of Batam. The hotel is situated away from the towns and roads of Batam, on a high hill which overlooks Batam. It gives alot of peacefulness. Good for anybody who wants to have a peaceful retreat. Day time you can go shopping to Mega mall or Nagoya mall, the hotel provides free shuttle (take note of the shuttle timings from the receptionist). Staffs hospitality was fantastic. I requested for the city view and the did a free upgrade for me. Did their romeo and juliet massage which was 3hrs of pampering and it cost me only S$90 for a couple! They have sauna room, a huge jacuzzi tub next to the swimming pool that overlooks the city, thats the best part of the hotel. Loads of privacy and peace. A beautiful romantic getaway. Rooms were so big and super clean. Free Wifis in the room. Rooms have huge open balcony for you to sit and enjoy some quiet night while having an awsum view of Batam. Never even had a mosquito bite although surrounded by trees and scrubs as they fog the place everyday. Swimming pool n jacuzzi water super clean and well kept. Surely will make it my holiday hotel in Batam. A real worth money for value hotel! Room service menu looks appealing but in Batam you will want to try their street foods which is much cheaper. So if you go shopping grab some food before returning. My room had a microwave n fridge (like a mini kitchen setting with utensils too!).

Visited Batam over the Labour Day weekend for a diving trip and most hotels near Batam Centre was fully booked. Managed to get a room at The Centroz (which the taxi driver took awhile to find due to its relatively new location). Quiet neighbourhood but upcoming development. I stayed in the room with a small balcony and was satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful in arranging for transport to and fro to Nagoya area. Although a little quiet, it is definitely worth a stay!

There's no elevator, luckily my room was in the 1st floor. The room is bigger than I thought. Free wifi, TV cable and breakfast, yay! The location is in Batam Center, not too far from the harbor, but it takes half an hour to go to the airport. People will ask us to take taxi to go Nagoya, but actually we can take public transporation (with pink color) which is cheaper than taxi.

Exterior is designed with the concept of Egyptian theme and it looks fantastic especially in the night time. Interior [hotel reception, lobby, corridors on each floor and restaurant] also with full of Egyptian decorations. Hotel is located just 10 minutes from batam centre ferry terminal and hotel provide free transport back-and-forth to batam centre ferry terminal. There is free shuttle bus available back-and-forth to Nagoya Shopping Mall & Mega Mall. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, whenever we called them for assistance they sent someone immediately. We booked 2 standard rooms and rooms were clean. Bathroom also looked clean but it took a while to realize the reality. Taps were with rust stain and water smelled rusty as well. The water speed was not stable at all and which made the water temperature vary very quickly. Bathroom smell really very bad, cannot bear it and I think the inside drainage system is not clean. Because of bathroom floor slope is not in a good shape, the water doesn’t drain away. They have a 5 feet swimming pool and a kid’s swimming pool. It's not very dirty by definitely not very clean. Hotel have a restaurant opens until 11pm and their food tasted good. They daily breakfast buffet at the restaurant which provide rice, noodles and bread. They have a club inside the premises. Conveniently there is an Indomaret shop [07:00-23:00] located just in front of the hotel. There are taxis waiting at the entrance of the hotel.

All the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is nice even though it's simple..the bed is the room is king size bed and is so comfortable. .big screen tv in the room too..not far from mega mall..the hotel gives free shuttle to mega mall and to ferry terminal but we have to pay for fetching back to the hotel..cheaper than taxis..halal restaurant just opposite the hotel and the food is quite nice..

We stayed at a good sized room, even has a built in wardrobe. Relatively clean, bathroom needs a bit more attention (bidet is grimy). Shower water is almost non existent, might be better if they provide a pail and a bailer because the water coming out of the tap below the shower is quite strong. One thing to note, even they said the room we had is a non smoking room, there were evidences that people had smoked inside the room. The hallway reeks of smoke smell as a lot of other guests smokes there. Can smell it as soon as ypu open the room door and had to wade thru the smellnto get to the elevator. On the other hand, the staff were great. Very helpful and polite.
