"The hotel is decent quality but is in need of renovation to bring it to its former glory. The heavy hold bedspreads, curtains and strange bed head, for example, could be updated and simplified to a more elegant standard without compromising the heritage value of the building and its interiors. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the Charles Bridge and the old town square is also a short walk away. The room was a reasonable size, the bed was comfortable and the place isn't noisy (room faced away from the road/river). The bathroom was ok but the lighting was poor and the configuration of facilities was quite odd. Some updates are needed in the bathrooms especially. Breakfast buffet was ordinary and could be improved with higher quality ingredients, more variety and better temperature control on hot as well as cold foods. The exterior signage is difficult to see at night so there could be some improvement there as well. Nonetheless, I would stay here again and recommend it. "

"Highly recommend this place! I traveled solo but with my dog, and this place was very friendly to the both of us :) I had a private room of course, and the location can't be beat. Great value for money AND pet friendly is a huge win in my book. I went during COVID, so the bar and cafe downstairs didn't seem to be open, which was a bit of a shame because there was little to no social atmosphere. It may be different under different circumstances."

"The location is middle of the old town. It is very busy area. But in our room is very very quiet. The Charles bridge is only few min, and to the old town hall is also few min from the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Especially, a girl who speaks Japanese was very polite and nice. Although we had trouble with hot water every night, she helped us very quickly. And of course, one of the best thing is it's good value for money! We are very happy that we chose this hotel, and we definitely want to come back to stay, if we visit to Prague again!"

"I have nothing to complain about this hotel. The price was very good and their service was very good. I got a really nice room facing the Charles Bridge and the river. Everything is clean and functional. There is even a small fridge in the room. They provide free drinks and snacks between 12-6, which was very handy.
